Great for slim kids!

I ordered school pants for my very slim 7 year old from 6 different brands and these were BY FAR the best for my slender kiddo. My 7 year old son is tall and skinny and impossible to fit for pants. Every other brand had so much extra fabric that it looked like he was wearing a skirt over his thin, little legs. These pants have a much narrower leg hole (for lack of a better description) and less overall fabric. They look like they actually fit him and not like he's swimming in fabric. I do have to adjust the waist but I love having that option. I ordered size 6's and 7's and the 6's work the best with the cincher so I kept those and returned the 7's. I will continue to order Dickies school pants from now on!

Not what I expected

These are not at all what I thought they were. I did read the fabric description carefully before purchasing and look at the pictures but I was still wrong. These are a very thick, stiff canvas type fabric. Like most dickies stuff. For whatever reason when I read the description I thought I was getting the thin stretchy breathable fabric. Like golf shorts. The fault is likely my own, not theirs but they are going back. That said shorts appeared true to size and well made. However these are described as having a stretch fabric and flex waist....that doesn’t appear true to me at all.

Best Uniform shorts and pants!!

These are the best uniform shorts and pa ts EVER! True to fit, durable, fade resistant, and have NEVER ripped!

Nice shorts

A little long. May be because my grandson is on the shorter side. Had to have them altered. Good quality.

Nice looking shorts

Nice looking shorts. I give them three stars because in both pairs I ordered, the stitch for one belt loop went through the elastic for adjusting the waistband and so the adjustment was ineffective on one side of each pair. I had to rip the stitch to free the elastic and then re-sew the belt loop. Also, the button is very difficult to do and undo as the fabric is somewhat stiff and so my 4 year old needs help on taking these shorts on and off. That is a problem when he needs to use the restroom at school, and so I will be buying a different pair for him to wear for his school uniform.

Bought the 16H because I have worse of luck buying my son clothes online. These were big in waist but perfect all around since they have the adjustable waist band inside. Will buy other colors with no hesitation
