Dickies Can Make Good Socks

Most of the Dickies socks I have purchased over the years have not lasted very long before holes wore into the heels. These socks are different, in a very good way. I think they are going to last a long while. The only issue I have with them is that they run big, way big. I wear a size 12 shoe so I ordered the 12-15 to be sure they would not be too small. 12-15 are way too big. Then I ordered 6-12. They were smaller, but still a little to big to get any compression. I still wear both sizes for sleeping socks, so I am getting good use from them. Next I ordered the 5-9. They fit my size 12 foot perfectly and they give solid compression. I would definitely recommend these socks, but plan on buying a few sizes to get the right fit.

Just one thing to know...

These socks are fantastic!! Having worked in healthcare for 30 years, the discomfort in my feet and legs had become a part of the cost of being in healthcare. These socks nearly completely eliminated the discomfort and swelling for me! I do not have diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, or peripheral vascular disease, so the discomfort from these disorders may still remain, but for me my discomfort is gone! The only thing about them is that the are extremely warm! So in the warmer months moisture could become an issue, otherwise I would highly recommend these to anyone with lower extremity discomfort and swelling from excessive time on your feet.

Best compression socks ever!

I ordered the largest socks offered which was size XXL even though I normally wear size Nine because I wanted the socks to cover my knees as well as my calves. Even though the heel area of these extra long socks extends part way up on the back of my ankle it has not been a problem in comfort or wear. Since wearing them both day and night I no longer have any fluid retention in my feet, ankles, and previously injured knees. They offer so much support that I've quit wearing my knee sleeves and braces when wearing the socks. Highly recommend them.

Perfect fit on foot as well as length up to knee.

I’ve never worn these these types of socks but wanted to give them a try. These fit perfectly for the 13-15 size. I wear size 14. These are a little cushy on the bottom for your feet and the material gets a little thinner going up your leg to the knee. It DOES NOT feel like thin spandex or nylon! These are men’s socks and are perfect for tennis shoes or work boots and everything in between. I’ve worn these from the time I get up in the morning until evening time. It’s been suggested by others that you don’t wear these 24 hours a day. I wear them round 10 hours everyday and have actually noticed less leg pain. I’d recommend and will be buying a few more pair.

Perfect fit for me

I work in a weld shop and weld some huge things. so boots and socks are very very important to me. The parts I work on like buckets and wheel loader couplers are huge. so my floor in MY AREA IS STEEL, SO... I'm walking around on steel 8 hours of the day and the other 2 on concrete to move stuff. these helped my swollen calfs a bit. and are very comfortable in my boots. and ARE TRUE OVER THE CALF. i have huge calves they almost go up the knee a bit but i like that. 5/5 best socks buying a few more packs. TRY 1 PACK SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT. you won't be dissapointed. BE TRUE TO THE SIZE YOU PICK.

Comfortable socks

My husband loves these as they are light compression and the over the calf works so well with his motorcycle boots. Regular socks are too low and the boot rubs his shin. These are perfect and we will be buying more.

Very comfortable

These fit snug but not tight. They're very comfortable and soft. But the toe area is really thick and that could cause you to have less room in your sneakers, but these would be great if you're wearing wide width sneakers or boots. My foot width is always a medium shoe, and when I wear Converse sneakers, I don't have much room in my shoes when I wear these.

Easy to put on

I bought these for my husband, after he had tried several other pairs of compression socks and found them almost impossible to get on. They're easy to wear, but still help a lot with his calf swelling. He used to just wear them overnight, but has recently started wearing them to work too. Very comfortable!

Comfortable for a 10.5 Wide !

Great product and a comfortable fit , I wear a size 10.5 to 11 wide shoe and these socks fit amazing . They are a little tight at first but after a while you dont feel it . Love them especially during the winter season here in Canada . I would buy these again . Thank you .

These are the best compression socks that I have tried. They are not too tight, yet seem to give great support. Very comfortable.

12-15 Perfect fit for large feet

Great fit! These were purchased for a tall guy with size 14 feet.They fit perfectly and great value at $20 for 2 pairs. Cushioned foot, just like Dickies work socks, but long stretchy calf support, not too tight for a regular calf. Very comfortable for airline travel or being on your feet for long periods of time.
