Peace at the beach

Beautiful and Relaxing

This review is a long time coming. We received the Design Toscano's "Cascading Urns of Revello", but we couldn't find the electrical adapter for the LED lights. We've been moving our belongings ourselves (back and forth 700 miles one-way) and we were afraid it mistakenly had been thrown away. However, yesterday I finally found it. There was no instruction booklet. But that's okay, as I figured it out on my own. And glad I did. My Cascading Urns work perfectly and the LED lights really make it beautiful to watch and listen to. Very soothing and relaxing! I really like it, and I'm so glad that I was able to find the adapter. The screw-down cap connector for the adapter has a crack in it. That's the only thing that I could find wrong with the fountain. It's beautiful and it works perfectly! But I need to find a bigger table to place it on. Presently, it's on a small, round metal and ceramic plant stand and some of the water does splash outside of the bowl occasionally and onto my wood dining room floor. So it needs a table that can tolerate some water.

disappointing fountain .. does not work

This is an attractive fountain in a functional size. It could sit on a (large) table or on a stand. Maybe a little small to sit on the ground. And, according to the picture there should be three water streams coming from the urns and splahing into the pool below, where a separate electrical connection controls a ring of lights. HOWEVER I have not been able to get any water to flow. When I plug in the pump I can hear a gentle whirring noise, and when I look in the back access panel I can see the water moving a little bit. But there is no water flow up the water tubes. I've checked the connections and they seem tight .. just no flow. Also, the two electrical cords need to be physically plugged and unplugged, rather than having a switch, and the access panel at the back slides open but has no way to secure it in place so it can easily slide off. Now it is just a pretty piece of garden sculpture. Disappointing.

The light doesn’t last at all

Bought this fountain in October 2019...Thought it was great then in January the lights gone very upsetting Now What? I get rid of it...The light’s a very important part of this Fountain and I’m a perfectionist and so this is no longer wanted and nothing can be done about this....Waste of my Money....Disappointing

I put this on the back deck. It's very attractive but again no instructions. I called the company because I couldn't find the on switch. I never heard back from them.
