Sould be three and a half stars

Okay, I've given this item four stars but really wanted to give three and a half because, yes, I like it but I don't feel it's quite as shown. The sellers pictures give an almost alabaster appearance whereas upon delivery I was disappointed to see it isn't as white and has had a sort of weathered/antiqued 'wash' applied making it look a little grubby. Hopefully the photo's will show that whilst it's still a very nice item, it's not as it appears on the website. In addition, the one I received had many tiny moulding flaws/bubbles as the photos show. I did consider returning it as I struggled to feel it was worth the £29.95 I paid for I but from a distance it does look good and as it will be 'sitting' on top of a high mirror, I chose it would do the job. This is the second 'Design Toscano' item I've bought and am unsure whether I shall buy further; they have some great items but I'm not convinced of the quality.
