Very disapointed in colors. I understand shades vary but product had no pink at all where showed but a plummy/brownish Color.Also yellow used was lemon which l could have lived with.THE LACK OF ANY COLOR OF PINK RENDERED IT UNUSABLE BUT TO EXPENSIVE TO RETURN.PUT BACK IN SHIPPING BOX -Very Disappointed. A very well made a beautiful looking stained glass window...

The ‘Design Toscano’ Butterfly Ballet Tiffany-Style Stained Glass Window is a reasonably large, free-hanging stained glass window that designed to be hung in front of a normal household window to instantly add a stained glass window design to your home. The stained glass window arrived on a large cardboard box encased in polystyrene for added protection. When you remove the window from the packaging you’ll see its full size – 64cm x 43cm (approx.). It really is quite a good sized window piece. The window comes with two strong black-painted steel chains for hanging the window with located at the top two corners of the window. These can be secured to the underside of your window frame (on the inside) so that the stained glass window can hang in front of your normal window, giving it the stained glass effect. Quality wise – I really can’t fault it. The window looks like it’s been put together with skill and an eye for maintaining a good quality. The edges of the window are a thick, sturdy and string frame which could no doubt take a fair few knocks without causing any serious damage. The glass is a good thickness. Perhaps 4mm thick or something like that (although it’s difficult to gauge). The colours in the glass are also vivid and bright, especially when the sun hits the window. All in all my wife and I are incredibly happy with the window. It’s looks beautiful and creates quite a conversation piece in the house. Love it.

A joy to behold

Stunningly beautiful even before allowing light to shine through it. With the midday natural light shining through it the only description that one can then apply is: breathtaking. The colours of the glass are rich and vibrant; the glass is without imperfections; the soft soldering on the joints is 1st class. Summing up: this gorgeous stained glass window is of such high quality it would not seem at all out of place if it were also placed in a formal, professional setting, such as a monastery, as well as it currently is: a domestic dwelling, such as our home.

Beautiful craftsmanship, lovely design and is a real feature for our summerhouse

This is a really gorgeous piece of stained glass, which when hung up, looks beautiful even when the light doesn't strike it, but when it does it is stunning. The craftsmanship is clear to see - beautiful glass, well soldered lead without blemishes on the glass or gaps in the soldering. Whilst naturally fragile, this is a robust piece of stained glass. We currently have this in our south facing window, but once our summerhouse is built we will move it out there as a real feature.

This really is a beautiful piece of work, and brightens up our window. It seems rather pricey for the size, but given that it is hand-made, the price is understandable.
