This is literally one of the best items on all of Amazon. Harland Williams turned me onto it. Anyone else see Rocketman. That movie is so funny. Guy farted in a space suit. That’s wicked funny.

Knock Off

I must have received a knock off. The American flag patches are nothing more than poor quality stickers that were stuck on as an afterthought. Brand new and they are crooked and peeling off already.

Nice Feature Lamp Bought For UK Use.

This is a lovely lamp that I bought to go along with the standing Astronaut & Aliens that I have from Design Toscano. I bought this from Amazon USA and they exported it to me as I live in United Kingdom, it took a week to deliver and I could track my package right to my door as they used DHL. The lamp was very well packed and arrived with no breakages. I also bought a Tacima converter so I could just plug the American plug into this and then it converts the electric so you can use the lamp in the UK as the converter is a 3 pin UK plug. I also had to buy a CES E12 screw cap bulb from my local hardware shop as the lamp does not come with a bulb. As you can see the lamp works perfectly well using the Tacima converter in the UK. The lamp is made extremely well, is good quality and is a nice addition to any room or hallway. Please remember to buy an E12 screw cap bulb for the lamp even if you are in the USA or UK as this is the size of bulb the lamp takes.

Cool & Unique Lamp

I wanted something unique for my office, interesting things one might see during a video call. This Astronaut lamp fits the bill. Despite the pompous video for the product that shows you artisans that apparently spent lots of time making things... It doesn't even come with a darn lightbulb. I had to head to the hardware store. The bulb is the exact size & type I remember from childhood for nightlights. The effect is decorative. Not suitable for a reading lamp or anything productive. But it still great to look at. I just hope I never break that cracked glass globe for his helmet!

So cool

Bought this for my 9 year old's room. Not going to lie im a little jealous. This would fit in equally well in a boy room or his dad's man cave. Uses a nightlight bulb that must be the narrow kind. Otherwise it wont fit through the opening. We found a deep purple aslo on Amazon that looks awesome but isnt too bright to distract as you sleep.

Definitely should have come with a bulb

I was very disappointed that a bulb wasn't included, especially since a standard candelabra bulb is too tall, keeping the "helmet" from fastening to the body. I went to the hardware store and bought a shorter bulb, but its diameter was too large and wouldn't fit through the hole in the bottom of the helmet. I then tried to order a "Himalaya salt lamp bulb" from Amazon, which appeared to be short enough and narrow enough, but it couldn't be shipped to me due to California's ridiculous ban on incandescent bulbs. I finally found an California-legal LED bulb which I hope will fit - I won't know for a few days. Given all this difficulty, the manufacturer is saddling the buyer with an unacceptable burden and a frustrating wait to see what appears to be a great looking lamp in action.

High Quality statue/light

As with all of our Tuscano items, super quality, but the light some was shattered upon arrival. I didn't complain about it but it most likley occured during shipping as this company I'm sure has a very robust quality control program.

Great lamp!

We bought for our 2 y/o son, and he absolutely loves it. He points to the helmet and says, “Daddy Moon.” I definitely recommend!
