Very pretty

Beautiful hand towel holder. I will warn you that it does not rotate. The handle is in a fixed position. I would stay in the same collection to maintain the same color of fixtures if you are trying to match colors.

Hinge doesn’t function

Buy your toilet paper from Costco or otherwise use larger-sized rolls? Forget about it with this item. Knocking off extra stars because it’s not clear in the description.

The towel holder has a nice finish to it.

I like my hand towel holder however I won’t let prefer the ring shape. The towel stays in place better on the ring holder.

Good quality but color is off

Easy and quick to install and so far has remained sturdy. The only complaint is the coloring is different from other products within the same line/same color.

Seems that the arm should turn or swing but it’s not flexible . Maybe this is a design flaw ? Or maybe just defective ???
