Good quality faucet

Good quality faucet. Metal, not plastic. Easy to install. Looks very nice.

Attractive faucet, has flaws.

This Delta faucet is good looking on our bathroom sink granite. These are the design flaws: The brass water hookups are not at 90 degrees and on a 1.250" thick deck are too short to allow both the locknuts and a stainless braided water hook up. Plumber solution- break off locknut tabs after tightening. The top of the sink stopper is thin plastic, so we used the metal top stopper from old metal faucet. No rubber plug is provided to cover the handle set screw - called Delta, not included with this model. This is cheap as the handle set screw will freeze in place and you will not be able to replace the valve assembly. This replaced a similar Delta faucet with a faulty valve with a frozen set screw. Lasted about 13 years. Delta's quality has degraded over the years and I will use another manufacturer for our other bathroom faucets.

Plastic inner spout cache aerator 1.2GPM?? A faucet should durable

I thought if I paid more, I would get good quality from buying a Delta faucet, since the list price on this one is $214. I should have better known when they reduced the price by 50% to about $100 and I got one on Prime Warehouse for $28. You get what you pay for The aerator and housing is now made totally from plastic which will cause major problems in a few short years. They used to be made from brass, which is very durable. The other thing is that it has the new "cache" type aerator is only in a very low flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute and there are no higher output aerators that will fit. The last thing I need is for this fixture to fail and come home to a flooded house due to cheap plastic parts. Delta, what were you thinking? Time to move to another brand..

Quality throughout

Substantial components. The brass city shanks that fasten with heavy duty nylon lock-nuts hold the faucet firmly in place. Seems like a more permanent installation and less likely to wobble around. Other manufactures products in this price range have you tightening thin metal spacers using 3/16 nuts against the vitreous china sink. A little unnerving to my way of thinking. The lever handle works well. As others have noted the angle of the lift rod is a little awkward but workable. Just seems like a lot more real brass and metal goes into this than other faucets at this price point. Looks good and works well which is about all you can expect of a faucet. Highly recommended.

Beautiful faucet

Easy install - faucet looks luxurious - very pleased overall. We installed the new drain that came with the faucet. Drain pipe is adjustable for longer needs.

The pop up drain handle is angled back and hits ...

The pop up drain handle is angled back and hits the backsplash making it hard to close the drain. The drain handle needs to be more vertical. Otherwise OK.

loud when running water.

It looks nice. But it is very loud. It is also very stiff in the handle and does not move smoothly. The handle is not centered when in the off position. I tried to adjust it but I don't see a way to do that.

Very well made.

Very well made, works smoothly, finish very good. But short throw length makes it a little difficult to get the exact temperature you want.
