Beautiful Luggage

This is not only beautiful, it is very well designed and made. The zippers work well. The locks operate well. I absolutely love how the liners separate the 2 sides and secure the contents of the sides completely. They roll very well. I didn’t need to use the break, but I’m sure it works great. The handle raises smoothly, though I would like it to be a bit taller. I bought white and it did get pretty scuffed up on our first trip. I waited until I got home to clean it. Most of the marks came off with little effort. But some would not. I even used a toothpick to clean between the ridges. It was a process. Took me about an hour to clean 2 suitcases. My suitcases do not look brand new, but the don’t look bad either. The only improvement I have is to change the texture of the outer shell of the suitcase. It is hard plastid with a sharp ridge pattern. Every time my knee or ankle hit the suitcases, it scraped my skin off. A couple times I was actually bleeding. So wear heavy long pants when you travel with these. I suggest jeans. The suitcases scraped my bare legs and when I wore my yoga pants. OUCH! We primarily travel to tropical areas so this will be an ongoing problem for us. I docked a star because of the battle wounds I received on our trip.

Looks like $10K Luggage

My fiancé and I first saw this luggage in a department store when we were doing our wedding registry. She instantly fell in love with the luggage and I was impressed with how well constructed and durable every bag was—despite the designer style. Plus, the luggage has a lot of cool modern features. Also, I thought the bags were very well priced considering that they felt like elite luggage such as Tumi or LV. We eventually kept walking looking at other things, and knowing that she had a birthday coming up, and our wedding and honeymoon towards the end of the year, I decided that it would be a perfect gift as we also have to international trips planned for 2023. I am mediately was able to pull up the luggage for an even better price on Amazon and decided to pull the trigger. Everything put together in the photo was around $700, but I still saved around $100 not doing it at that department store. Plus, the bags are so well-made and seem like they will last a long time that the price seems like it could’ve been much higher. -Matt in Tampa

1- Absolutely beautiful, elegant

I purchased my 24 inch at amazon and my 21 inch at Macy's I will tell you everything about this luggage! 1- Absolutely beautiful, elegant, stylish,luxurious, grat material,well made! 2- You will certainly need a luggage cover, this is a light color case, if you don't want your case to get dirty and scuff marks you better get one.I did post a picture of my luggage cover i purchased at Amazon. I will be doing a review on that later. 3- the zipper is great so are the locks! The material of the fabric inside my luggage is so nice and soft. 4- the luggage comes with a hanger on each case and 2 shoes/laundry in each case I did purchase my 24 inch at Amazon and my 21inch. I really wanted to make sure i was getting the real thing and not a fake luggage. They are exactly the same quality! except the one i purchased with Amazon was better packed then my Macy's case. My 24th inch purchased on amazon came straight from delsey.my 21 inch the people from Macy's just put in the box in no plastic bag, there was only a few papers to protect and it did scratch my case handle. So amazon did way better. I was not paid to do this review! I purchased both of these cases, they are so beautiful and i could not settle for anything else. I did a lot research before my purchase. I hope my review was helpful.

Have had less than one year. Wheel has already broken off. Company sent parts to repair.

Like the color, like the lightweight packaging. Do not like that the wheels break so easily. Has a 10-year limited warranty. Company responded to messages. Looking for repair shop near my location. Contacted Service Centers. They all said that wheels were NOT COVERED under the warranty. I then contacted the DELSEY USA company directly. They said that the wheels were covered under warranty. I asked if they could send me the parts as any service center near me said it would cost me to have repaired. The company sent an entire set of wheels for the suitcase, all 4. I replaced the broken one myself. The lining of the suitcase unzips to give access to the wheels.

My all time favorite—light and so easy to use!

Did use it for my final trip to Europe—bringing home some of Mom & Dad's estate items. So easy to pack and secure it with EXCELLENT inside compartments with zippers! Easy to handle and to roll on its smooth spinner wheels. LIGHT and perfect size. As I write this review, it is with me in the hotel room—on another trip.

Expected a lot more for the price

I got this for a month long trip and when it arrived it seemed huge. However because it’s hard sided there is no forgiveness nor is there an expansion side. I packed it and then realized it wasn’t as roomy as I thought so ended up taking things out. The shape of case doesn’t allow for things to lie flat. I also had issues with one of the compartment zippers. Think twice before ordering this. I’ll update once I’ve travelled with it. If it had arrived sooner and I had more time I would have sent it back. Traveling with this isn’t great. It can be hard to push especially if you have a bag on top. Any slight bump and it stops. I would return this if I could. Not impressed.

My wife is very happy

We purchased two of these suitcases. They are very well made, look great. I have never had strangers at an airport comment how nice the luggage looks. They did get a little dirty and scuffed by the airport baggage handling equipment, but they cleaned up easily with a cloth wipe, or a magic eraser for the tough spots. More importantly, my wife loves them Happy wife, happy life. They loose just one star, because they do get scuffed a bit by the equipment. I am very pleased with this luggage.

Looks great, but scratches easily

Looks fantastic, but scratches easily. I was able to remove most of the dirt/scratches, but I would buy something more durable; lot of money to spend for something that damages easily. Also have to have the space to open it compared to top load suitcase.

This suitcase is simply beautiful and well made.

I bought this suitcase a few years ago. It has remained elegant despite many trips. So I bought this from Amazon, to keep! The suitcase is not only beautiful to look at, it is also very functional. The inside has zipper covers on both sides. It moves easily. I just love it.
