Good but…

This is a good looking product. Beware that the open close lever moves VERY easily. Pretty much if you touch it to sweep/mop or even adjust to ensure it fits the floor cut out properly, you risk closing the vent unknowingly. Just be sure to check that the vent is open or closed to your preference when touching the register. In my opinion the manufacturer should have made the lever more sturdy so that you have to be intentional with the open/close

Floor vents

This fits nicely. I only wish it didn't have the louvers so that more air could past through. It is a little thick too, but it stays in place and keeps the dogs from moving it about and dropping toys down the vents.

These floor grates are just the right color for bamboo floors. Quality is good for the price. Will be buying more!

The color is much lighter than shown in the picture and the product itself is cheaply made.

Looks lovely

I bought this to replace a standard metal grate. I was looking for something that would not blow air to the sides since there is furniture to either side of the vent. This does the job very well, and looks good doing it. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the louvers underneath were larger than the one that came out, so I had a hard time getting it to fit. I had to wrestle with the duct before it fit. But it was worth it.

I really like the design and make of this floor grate

I really like the design and make of this floor grate. The damper side was plastic and just slid side to side instead of how the old metal ones work with the hard to turn wheel. The other plus is the damper material is plastic so it won't rust over time GENIUS!. The Lattice design is really cool looking but man I wish they would have this style & color to match my Gunstock Oak Flooring from Lumber Liquidator.
