Handsome floor lamp!

This is exactly what I've been searching for; a nice looking floor lamp with functionality, not just looks. I'm using it in a small room, but it should look a lot better in a bigger space, as that would allow for the double light to spread out more evenly. The lamp has a nice bronze--actually, more of a silvery-gold finish--and non-reflective, matte black shades. Unfortunately, this lamp is not dimmable, but you can alternate between having either one of the lights on, or both at the same time--which is nice. I tried it with 60-watt led bulbs for a brighter setting, but the recommended 40-watt bulbs gave it a more refined look. Like everything we consume nowadays; it was made in China, so I'm a bit concerned about its built quality, though it feels solidly built. I look forward to the days when we can manufacture affordable, high-quality products in the USA, so we don't keep stacking up our landfills with products that don't work after a year or so.

Lazy manufacturing

Absolute piss poor lazy mistake made when they put the lamp together, the middle piece was put on opposite so I’m unable to screw it into the bottom or top piece, and since the cord is attached and unable to be taken apart, it’s stuck like that. You really couldn’t tell you put it on incorrectly when constructing the lamp? Really?
