Container arrived damaged

Love the product, but upset about the cracked container. It leaked on other products in the same Amazon box. Too pricey a product for this poor packaging. I would expect a refund or replacement. Ginger Jordan

Great for everyday

My hairstylist turned me on to this brand and I was pleased to see I could order through Amazon. It's light weight and does not make my hair feel oily the way some conditioners do. Smells great too!!

Soo soft!

This conditioner is amazing! It made my hair so soft. It smells great to. It lasted me about 4 months before I had to get more! I do wish it was in a bottle that can be squeezed to get the product out. It's kind of a pain to try and get the lid off when your hands are wet. But the actual conditioner is amazing!

Great conditioner, lame packaging

I bought the shampoo and conditioner together. I was worried since some of the reviews say it's too heavy and made their hair greasy but I found the opposite. It's very thick and you don't need to use much and it rinsed out easily without leaving any residue or slickness. After one use my hair feels light and bouncy. The scent is a bit strong but doesn't linger much and it's not a gross perfumey smell. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the packaging is flimsy. I don't mind that it's in a tub but I was hoping the plastic would be sturdier and the lid is awkward. Also when I received it the seal had already been broken, luckily it hadn't opened in transit and it didn't look like it had been tampered with. I wish they would put more care into packaging expensive beauty products.

Very disappointed in this for how much I paid. Not to mention getting something out of a jar while in the shower is a pain

Worth the purchase

When I first received this I was a little upset because this product made my hair feel greasy like a lot of the people leaving comments. I was surprised, this is the fourth product in the Davines line that I have tried and so far love them all. I decided to change up how I was using this and much to my surprise, it worked. I use a small amount of conditioner, so small I didn't think that it would actually cover all my hair, but it has worked like a charm. If you are experiencing greasy feeling hair, I suggest you only use half of what you have been using. Regarding the packaging, Davines is working on less waste for the environment so that is the reason behind this weird packaging. If you do not like it, you could get a reusable container at the drugstore and switch it over. Which would be great because now you will be using a reusable plastic container.

Product container damaged - product therefore unusable

The product is wonderful as have used before but the container arrived so severely damaged that all the product had escaped and therefore unusable

Not that good as I hoped it would be.

I love Davines, but this product was rather disappointing. First, the box had a crack. Second, it's rather difficult to wash it out which makes hair sticky.

Packaged in a roundish box, all Davines boxes for conditioner 250ml are in square boxes. No boxes like this were on official web site and box is not the same as in product description

Great smell and great conditioner. Does exactly what it says. Conditions without weighing hair down.
