Trust Cuisinart, Can't Go Wrong

This is my second Cuisinart toaster oven. My first was a newer and larger digital model that I was so proud to own. It was perfect and performed perfectly and so now I did not hesitate to buy another Cuisinart toaster oven. (My first sadly suffered a pipe burst in my apartment during the Storm Uri 2021. I had not cooked from that time till now). This model like I indicated is smaller and it is not digital. But it serves my purpose. I don't plan to do any great cooking needing a larger model with digital, although I absolutely loved my previous one. I live in a community that provides all meals everyday of the year. But I do some, very little cooking. This model works just fine. You have to know how to use a Cusinart toaster oven which I have previous experience with and know therefore know how to correctly use the controls. So be patient, it will come to you in time! Now I can have my toasted bagel or sourdough and I'm a happy camper! And my special is salmon or chicken packets. Also great for roasting veggies. I'm looking forward to heating a pizza and baking cookies. You can't go wrong with a Cuisinart toaster oven, even though this is quite a bit smaller than my previous one. I do love my Cusinart anything!

Really nice little oven for a sweet price!

I've never actually had a toaster over before, and have always just heated up the entire 'big' oven for melted cheese toasts, small frozen pizzas, and the like. This little gem is the perfect size if you are not expecting to cook large pizzas or large batches of baked goods. Super easy to use, and good looking: nice clean lines, without a lot of complicated digital bells and whistles. Personally, I'm all for simplicity. As others reviews have mentioned, a timer would be nice, but I have not found this to be an issue. Cleans up fairly easily. I'm very happy with it.

Excellent Update of the TOB-50

This replaced my 10-year-old TOB-50, which had done yeoman service but started showing its age. It's just as compact, heats up quickly, does everything the TOB-50 did, and reaches 450 degrees with ease. You do need to be careful in positioning the grill because it can be low enough for your hand to touch the hot door while pulling it out. The price at less than $100 is quite reasonable.

Nice little oven

Really works well and gets close to selected temp. Bottom shelf is too close to the heat. Needs digital , but I didn't pay for that.

I use it every day

I ordered this because I cannot bend down to use the conventional oven due to balance issues. If I had known how much I would use the toaster oven I would have bought it long ago. Also I would not have bothered buying the convection oven/air fryer that I never use.

Does just what it says it will do

I bought this to replace one that finally quit. This one has a light ! The only draw back to me is that the tray inside the oven is aluminum and cannot be washed in the dishwasher. It is very hard to clean and and stains on it don't come off. I would have paid extra to get a stainless steel pan.
