Would have used this forever if I didn't drop it and break it

I got this because I liked the super customizable feature of being able to set it for specific amounts of time instead of the standard 4, 6, 8, or 10 hour settings most have. I used this 4 or 5 times. Everything cooked perfectly. Every crockpot is gonna be a little different for how quickly it cooks foods, so you will have to experiment with yours to see how it goes. This one cooked a little faster than the recipes would say, just by 30 minutes or so though, so not a big deal. I would have kept this for a long time but my father-in-law, who was neurological issues, was handling it and dropped it accidentally, which completely broke the base I was sad to see it gone so soon. I ordered a similar one to replace it since I loved it so much. I have used other crockpots for years now and will stick with this brand and no other.

Works well but…

Ordered and put to use the same day rec’d. Works great. Key, do not toss out the instructions on how to use the timer. It is not intuitive. I had purchased and return a week later another brand not to be mentioned (Black n Decker) I love this crockpot.

Love the lock feature!

I made the purchase to replace an old crock pot that started to burn my sauce at one spot of the ceramic pot. The new one didn't burn my sauce. It was delivered as promised which was important as I had company coming that weekend for a lasagna dinner!

Works. Makes yummies. So, yeah, it's a Crockpot.

Really, there's not much more to say. I work from home, so some of the features are overkill, but the end-at-time feature has been useful occasionally. We've made ribs, roasts, Kalua pork, and more. The locking *may* keep in more moisture, but I cannot test that aspect.

Package arrived on time and looks like nothing was wrong, however it is a gift, so I presume it will be in working order.

Very practical

Easy to use and great tasting results. However, the automatic function needs a refinement. Along with the 0-2, and 2+ lbs setting, a 4+ lbs setting would be good. Had a 5.5 lb Turkey go undercooked. After manually adding more 1 hr, it was perfectly done though.

Blew up immediately

Despite being the right voltage, the unit blew up immediately on connection. The Voltage was listed correctly for Singapore, so I really don't understand why. Very poor experience if the wrong unit was sent that wasn't compatible in Singapore.
