We did some snowmobiling up in Colorado, -3 was the high and I felt hardly any cold they did a great job!!

Excellent fall/winter rain/snow pants

Size fit info: I normally wear a 36" x 36". I got the large. It's an acceptable fit. Not too long, not too short. Anything beyond 36" inseam though is going to be too short. If you're a 34" - 36" inseam, don't worry, they will fit ok. Again,I normally wear a 36" X 36" and they fit me like a glove, except in the waist, which is a little big. But no problem theres belt loopholes. The waist is a true 38" or so so if your size is a 35"-38" X 34"-36" inseam, the large will fit. Essentially, the "true" size of the large is "38" X "34.5". If your inseam is 36" like mine is it will fit ok and won't be too short. I wish they had a tall version but for some reason it's almost perfect for me because I get a sharp, tight fit out of the 34.5" inseam which makes it look good for metropolitan areas. I can't say enough good things about these pants. The first pair was so nice, I ended up getting 2 more. I bought them to supplement the bugaboo pants, but the design is so good for what I was looking for that they've become my main winter pants. When I first took them out of the box, I was disappointed. The material looked cheap and flimsy. Like paper quality plastic wrap. Then I actually started wearing them around my city in the rain. They're super comfortable and warm. In moderate to heavy rain, nothing gets in. They look attractive and have an attractive look to them. The thinner material is actually perfect for cities like mine where it's windy and rains a lot. They are probably not the best option for strenuous sports like skiing and snowboarding. The stress would probably rip the fabric. But if you want to shovel snow, go out for a walk, or go to the store when it's raining or wet, etc. they make great fall/winter pants for that. Like I said, I live in a city where it is always raining, and I wear them around town. They're very comfortable and warm. I definitely recommend these if you are looking for casual fall/winter rain/snow pants. I had them in pouring moderate to severe rain wearing them consistently in it for over 2 hours. No rain got through. In snow they'll be fine. But if you're planning to leap around in the snow and snow dive, etc. it might not be the best option. Something thicker would be better. These seem to be more for regular social activities where you are doing light activities.

Love these for JetSkiing!

I bought these to allow me to extend my JetSki fishing season. Living on the Texas Gulf coast, in (rarely) gets below freezing, but if it's 45 degrees and you're doing 50+ miles an hour it's pretty dang cold. These pants are *perfect*. Block the wind, have a warm, but not too hot lining, and the splashes just roll right off. They're a little long, but nothing a quick flip of the cuff won't fix. Super satisfied. See ya on the flats!

No boot elastic?

I had assumed all snow pants would come with elastic at the bottom of the leg to wrap around your boots. I was mistaken with this pair! The pants themselves seem to be decent, but not $100 decent.

Qualité de marde et service de marde

Produit de marde, qualité de marde, service de marde. Après 1 seule utilisation lors d’une journée de glissade sur tube, il y a eu un trou dans le bas du pantalon. J’ai envoyé pour réparation ou échange et on me retourne le tout en disant usure normale. C’est la dernière fois que j’achète un produit Columbia à vie.

Fit great to size!!!

Pic is different from actual pants...the columbia name is on the leg in the picture and on the pants I received its on the upper back of the pants..which is no biggie for me but just letting you know

Value for money with the discount.

The thermal effect is great. Item Specifications on the ordering page stated "with internal gaiter" but the delivered product has not.
