Great grill

We used to have a Coleman Roadmaster grill with a griddle and loved it - it got lost in a move. We were given a new one but it didn’t have the griddle so purchased this. We love it. Cast iron so it’s heavy, but sturdy. Cook on either side (smooth griddle on one side and raised lines on the other). Eggs and bac-y or burgers and chops.

More than half the price I paid for the whole stove.

This was more than half the price that I bought my stove for - on sale btw. That being said, it is well worth having. I quickly learned to have a durable plastic scraper on hand to do initial cleaning while it’s warm. I wouldn’t use metal utensils on it. I’d buy it agin knowing what I know.

Good quality, heavy duty, great finish, easy to clean.

Bought this for eggs and pancakes in our Coleman Road Trip gas grill. Works great with this grill combo and I can't imagine breakfast without it. The 1 problem is that it needs to be securely stowed in the RV pass-through since it won't fit on top of the grill grates supplied with the stove. It's a small inconvenience for the huge return this griddle plate affords. Recommended.

Coleman for the win!

No seasoning needed. Quick and easy to swap out. Heavy duty! I have been using Coleman grills and grates for years. I bought these to replace the last set which lasted about 5 football seasons. These are even more heavy duty than what came with the grill. 1 critique: these have a lip in the middle which makes it as if you are cooking on two different grills instead of one flat surface. The lip is slightly cooler than the rest of the grate. That is my only issue.

Great addition to our grill and wonderful to have while camping! (UPDATED)

This griddle was an awesome accessory to have on our camping trip and it made it just in time! It is extremely simple to use, just switch out the grill plate for the griddle plate. So far we have used it to cook on one weekend long camping trip. On this trip it was used for bacon, eggs (scrambled and over easy), grilled cheese, potatoes, and buttered toast! Also, clean up is simple and quick, because it has a non stick surface. It is truly WONDERFUL!!!! I highly recommend purchasing this to go with your road trip grill, because it really does make for an easier trip when you are able to cook normal foods on the go! *UPDATE- My husband swears by this thing, he has decided to get another for the other side and mostly use them. He has been cooking our steaks, burgers, hotdogs, salmon, and pancakes on them since camping. He said it cooks much more evenly than the grill and cleans up easier, too. After cooking with a lot of butter or grease he just pours water on the hot griddle and scrubs it with the grill brush and it is good as new! Quick note- I rely greatly on customer reviews when I am looking to purchase an item, and I know others do too, so I try to be as thorough and honest in giving it as possible. Great Product!!

I really like the swap top griddle. I like to make gourmet burgers and I use it to cook mushrooms, jalapenos, and onions while I do the burgers on the grill side. I heat the burger buns on this as well. Its also great for making bacon and eggs in the morning. It is very sturdy and fits my Coleman Xcursion grill perfectly. When using it seems to distribute the heat evenly which helps make cooking a breeze. I may opt for the full griddle at a later time. I would highly recommend this product if your looking to expand your grilling capabilities.

This piece for a cold and stove has a coating on it

I like this a whole lot better than the other one we had because this has a coating which is great for doing pancakes when you're camping. With a coating on it. It's a whole lot easier to clean and you don't have to scrub

Helps make great pancakes

Nice fit, good price.

I am not at all impressed with the Coleman Roadtrip grill itself, but the accessories, like this one, are at least good. This is well made, conducts heat well, and fits alongside whatever other tops you might have (I think I have one of each of them now!).

Perfect for breakfasts

Really the bbq should have come with one of these from factory but it works great anyhow. Perfect for pancakes or eggs, heats up evenly and cooks everything well
