We bought one a few years ago for our aging cat that started only drinking running water. She loved it. Some friends saw ours and had the same issue. I ordered this for them so they could have one for their aging cat that insists on water from the sink. Everyone is happy so far. Love the concept. Tip 1: One of our cats prefers it without the flower part on the top. If yours "won't drink from it" at first, try it without the flower. It's still a bubbler with moving water. It took a couple days but all is good. Tip 2: If you're leaving for a few days and letting your cat self-feed/water, consider leaving an extra bowl of water for them. We forgot to top it off with water once and the fur babies were very thirsty when we returned 2 days later. We should have had some extra water for them. Lesson learned

Excellent customer service

My cat only has one eye and drinking water seems to be one of the few things that challenges him. I switched to a fountain from a dish after reading about cats preferring running to still water and in his case it’s definitely true, he drinks way more water than he used to. After 8 months of non stop use the pump stopped working which was a major bummer BUT after reaching out to customer service about obtaining a new pump, going back and forth with clarifying questions of the specific model, they helped fix the issue! Would recommend this product to friends, but would suggest also getting a pipe cleaner or straw cleaning brush to help clean those harder to reach places in the fountain.

Great product and affordable

I have several cats that are aging out. It's extremely important for them to stay well hydrated. I also keep a clean bowl of fresh water for the dogs. The cats all gravitate to the fountain now. I fill it every other day! I'm very pleased with this fountain. I've had others that were terrible to clean and had so many crevices that could not be properly reached. Cleaning this one is so easy. Highly recommend!

SO CUTE!!!

omg i couldn’t say it enough! i’m obsessed, it’s adorable! both my dog (Australian shepherd) and cat (Brown Tabby) have drank out of it before their other bowl during the transition! i like the idea of their water being filtered as well!! it’s super quiet if anything you can’t even hear it at all practically silent. the bowl isn’t as deep as your standard pet bowl, but the way the water runs straight into it refilling so i don’t think the pets notice? only reason i didn’t put 5 stars is bc it is a little cheap looking wish the bowl came in more colors and themes!

The holy fountain of life-giving essence for my cats

What is it about this thing that makes my cats so obsessed? This is their holy grail Amazon product, I swear they would let themselves deteriorate from thirst if I didn’t have two of these contraptions around the house. Must make every fountain trip feel like a Disney Water Park vacation to them lol. Anyway, we will keep these in our must-have list. If you have (a) cat(s), you need this!

This is great for a good price !

So I got this because I have 3 cats and of course only 1 will drink out of the water bowl .. My other two love the running water so I thought maybe I would try this. I got it, put it together and my cats seems to like it alot ! The only thing I wish is that it had a little 'pool' for when they don't want to drink it like a water fountain but just a regular bowl. Over all though would get this !

I love that I don't have to fill every day or other. Cats dig it also. Ended up getting my mother one also. Now little sis wants one too. Great price too I mite add and 3 filters . Simple set up.

My cats love drinking from this!

So far so good three weeks in! Its very easy for my six year old to fill up when it's getting low. My cats are drinking more water and staying super hydrated with the free flowing water. Love that it came with extra filters. For the cost and how much it holds definitely worth the price. I do wish it had a stainless steel top but overall this was definitely worth it!
