Comfortable and well built but one came damaged from factory.

Update: customer service was very responsive. They’re sending replacement parts out for both chairs. It’s unfortunate they have to but at least they’re standing behind their products. Update: it's been 7 months and the chairs are falling apart. one is slightly loose and rocks a little but the second one is so bad it rocks front to back and side to side over 2 inches. Chairs that cost over $600 a set should last well over 7 months. I've reached out to customer service and will see what they say. I am disappointed in the quality of these chairs either way and can not recommend them to anyone at this point. Not to mention one came with obvious damage from the factory (not even the one that the worst now) so this is clearly an issue with the QC. So the good part is being aluminum I was able to unbend the mount on the chair where it looked like something had dropped on it bending in one side of the front mounting bracket using a 2x4 and leverage but for this price I shouldn’t have to. This was not something from shipping as they are wrapped in bubble wrap exceptionally and the box was I damaged instead this was clearly a quality control issue that was let to slip by. So one I got past that, assembly was easy and the overall look (especially how they match their other fixed back chairs) is great. Being a cast aluminum powder coated chair I expect these to last for years to come. My only wish if they were to redesign these would be to use the same seat as on the fixed models as they have a rolled front edge that’s much more comfortable than the bucket type straight edge on these seats but if you’re going to use a seat cushion then it wouldn’t matter anyways.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble (only 3 pieces per stool)

Just received these today. Very sturdy and easy to assemble (only 3 pieces per stool). Everything fit together perfectly and they even included an extra bolt, nut and washers to make sure you don't come up short. My husband weighs 185 lbs and this will hold him or someone heavier easily. If someone is 300 lbs I'm not so sure, since the base/legs are fairly light weight aluminum. Looks nice with the aged bronze look. The feet have a small plastic pad on the bottom (can't see it in the pictures), which is not adjustable, but it was level to start with. We also bought the Athens table for $199 which matches perfectly (comes from same manufacturer) and is about 41 inches high. The table has a very heavy and solid base and is also well made. Its probably not as nice as some $1,000+ sets, but for $600 including the table, its a solid value and I'm very happy with it. And it should last longer than those cheaper wicker type sets. I sprayed some clear Rustoleum preserver on it just in case they didn't do a good job of that in the factory. Ordered two cushions from HomeDecorators.com (17.5 in. wide by 15 in. deep); they should fit perfectly and were only $20 each.
