Have been using this color conditioner for 3 years. I love it!

I have grey hair and parts of it are yellow or brassy. This conditioner takes all that away and leaves a very nice lavender shade. I totally reccomend this product

This did everything I wanted it to do for my hair in terms of color. Magic with the shampoo. In terms of leaving your hair soft, it's better than most for sure. I love it.

know your starting color

It made most of my hair pretty blue... which faded to white, which is nice. I’ve used this before, but the purple, and I thought the tone that it was now needed more blue because I previously used brass out and that’s blue but I was wrong. I should have gotten with purple for my roots and blue for my ends because they unfortunately were not toned evenly when I last got them done. I am a level 2, bleached and toned to about a level 9/10, so it gets very tricky. But I’ve gotten white before and I used this brand, but the purple one, and I left it in 30 minutes and it was perfect after the purple residue faded. But it will always leave *some* residue on that light of hair. Clarifying shampoo will remove it. Remember to wear gloves, follow the directions, try to part your damp hair and part and apply as evenly as possible as you go through, to get the best results. And know your starting color, whether you lean more toward coppers/oranges or more towards golds/yellows because you are looking for the opposite color on the color wheel to neutralize that. :)

I have purchased the Blonde/Silver numerous times. Upon trying to order it again, the bottle of Blonde/Silver is shown in the picture, but the item description is “ Mahogany Red Color”. I want to order this conditioner again!! Please, someone correct this on the site!

Perfect conditioner for silver hair

Other colors may work, but this one not so much.

So, I used the entire bottle before I decided to review this. I wanted to try this to keep up with my balayage that I currently cannot have touched up due to Covid-19 shutdowns. First of all, it turned my hair blue. It was only after I washed it again and used a different conditioner that I saw the results of the color. Second, it really didn't moisturize my hair at all. You would think that leaving it for 5-10 minutes would leave my hair NOT feeling like straw, but it actually managed that. I bought a keratin conditioner and THAT has helped. It was also a bit dismaying to get it on my hair and then watch as it all ran into the shower drain. As far as the actual color...meh. It lightened parts of my hair, but not a significant amount for the price. I'll probably spring for overtone next time.

Great product for those desiring silver locks!

Love this stuff! I’ve always wanted some silver/grey in my hair and attempts to dye it in the last have failed this at least gives it a subtle little tint and I love the shade of silver it turns my blonde highlights! My only negative comment is that it does dry my hair out a bit and being conditioner I feel it shouldn’t do that, so I have tried for the first time mixing it with my regular conditioner in my hand before applying and that seemed to work better. That way I still get the silver and also get the conditioning of my regular condionter.

Scent is awful

This works really well if you're looking to retone your hair back to silver. It remove's brassiness and leave my hair a gorgeous silver/grey color but the scent is disgusting. I don't know why chi feels the need to scent all their products like mens cologne but I hate it.

Wired color

I purchased this product in July 2022, tried it for more than 8 weeks, my bleached white hair always turned out a pinky/lilac blonde, it never turned out silver white! Very disappointed! Never buy again!

Sehr gutes Produkt!

Kann den Conditioner nur empfehlen. Habe einen wunderschönen Silberschimmer in die Haare bekommen. Wenn man ihn länger einwirken lässt, entsteht sogar ein weiß-silber in den Haaren. Bin sehr zufrieden. Meine Haare fühlen sich nach der Behandlung sehr weich an und lassen sich sehr gut durchkämen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass man ihn sehr lange (min. 5 Minuten) auswaschen muss, ansonsten hinterlässt er einen schmierigen Film auf den Haaren.
