I recommend an oven

It's the Condo Cookers' Saviour...DON'T BELIEVE the NEGATIVE FEEDBACK Main Complaint: Takes too long to reach temperature and as soon as you open the lid, it takes forever to get back up to cooking temperature. Now at the risk of offending the folks that make this claim, I remind you that it is a Grill, not an Oven. The temp gauge is on top of the generously sized dome so that if you wanna keep stuff warm in the second level or cook fish. This grill is the Savior of the Condo Cooker! It's ready to grill in less than 5 minutes and cooking time is predictable to the half-minute. If you wanna bake stuff, I recommend an oven. The only thing I don't like about this grill is that it seriously rivals gas, which will create a quandary for me when I move that I will solve with charcoal.
