Works well

Good quality purchase, so far. It's going to be great for wall- balls. Until now, we've only used it for abs. Good buy!

WELL MADE FOR WHATEVER YOUR WORKOUT PURPOSE IS. I USE IN SITTING AND STANDING POSTION TO WORK MY FRAME. I DEFINITELY CAN FEEL THE PROGRESS. I RECOMMEND IF YOU UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE A MEDICINE BALL.

like but don't love

The medicine ball has a good weight to it and is useful for when I throw the ball high and let it touch the wall lightly and catch and repeat. I would not recommend for really heavy duty work as the seams are stretched to it's limits and I can imagine it splitting if I didn't catch it. Nice weight to it but don't expect a long life out of it.

Lumpy, Bad Print Job... you get what you pay for.

For a 15-16# ball, as self described, it is way cheaper than a classy dynamax ball and you know it. The ball is lumpy and a bit oddly shaped right out of the box. I thought it might be just shipping, but no... The printing that says it is a 15-16# ball is also crooked. It's what met my price range, but a will be saving up my pennies to get a better one as soon as I wear this cheap one out.

Price is only thing good about this

Mine started ripping up so Ive been duct-taping it; however I throw mine at a tree outside for my core exercises. It has a squishy feel to it so it wont bounce but if your on a budget it will get the job done.

Exactly what I hoped it would be

Sturdy medicine ball with a soft, easy-to-grip surface. Definitely a good value. I use it during almost every workout. Highly recommended.
