Understand Cotton Sheets Prior to Purchase

To answer the first and most obvious question, no these are most likely not 610TC Pima cotton. I have a set of true 300TC standard(not Egyptian or Pima) cotton sheets and these are slightly heavier than those. The biggest reason I would not consider them Pima is because they are very crisp and not at all soft or "slippery" out of the bag. After 2 washes they are still very crisp and fairly stiff. If you have purchased 100% cotton sheets before you will understand that they take a not so insignificant amount of time to break in and become soft. If you use the same sheets every night and wash them every week, look at 2-3 months before they start loosening up. I alternate between 3-4 sheet sets so it will take a very long time before these are well broken in. That said, these are nice sheets. Some people prefer the crisp, dense feel of brand new sheets and if that is the case, these are wonderful. Also if you like crisp sheets then I'd suggest to dry them on a clothes line rather than in the dryer. If you prefer a softer, more slippery texture then you should wash these in warm water with a premium laundry detergent(Woolite is my favorite for sheets) while also using fabric softener and multiple dryer sheets. If you want perfectly soft, slippery sheets that also breathe well without needing to be broken in, look to 100% bamboo or Lyocell sheets. These sheets are oversized which is nice if you use a mattress topper like I do. The pillow cases are a little too big and will be baggy which is fine for comfort but it doesn't look great. The sheets, as all standard cotton sheets, wrinkle severely if they aren't immediately taken hot out of the dryer and stretched. I'm not a fan of the stitching on the flat sheet. It looks like the "Tear Here" perforations on the top of cheese bags but it seems to be strong. Would I buy them again? For the right price, yes. If I could get a set of true Pima or Bamboo sheets for another $20 then I'd do that instead.

Good Deal for the Amount We Paid

These sheets were clean, packaged well & new. My only complaint would be that the stitching was sloppy but so far it's not so much so that there have been any tears or rips in the seams. So, for the amount we paid, this was a pretty good deal. We're glad we purchased them. Also, after washing them they were a lot softer (just fyi).

Really fit Extra Deep pocket mattresses!

These actually FIT our extra deep mattress as they said they would! The material is amazing, and they are beautifully shiny!

Top quality sheets

Heavy, soft, durable, AND deep pockets. I bought a set 3 years ago, and it still feels like new. No pilling, still soft. They do not appear to use any nasty chemicals in the finish. This does include wrinkle retardants, so yes, expect wrinkles out of the dryer. (Mentioned only because this is a complaint I saw elsewhere.) Well worth the price I paid, which was about $60 for queen size. The price does fluctuate some.

Love these sheets. Fit my deep mattress, they are soft and very nice looking

Love these sheets and I saved over $35.00 buying on Amazon over K@h1's prices. They fit my thick mattress with an additional 3" mattress topper. They wash and dry beautifully, are comfortable to sleep on and look like they cost way more than they do. Overall a 5 star buy!

Shade of Color

Other than the typical liking the sheet set, the only complaint I have is that while the product description stated that it's grey, when I got it, it looks like a REALLY dark shade of grey to the point of it looking dark brown in certain lighting. On the website, the color of grey shows as if it's a much lighter grey, almost silver which is what I wanted.

These sheets don't feel like any pima cotton I've had before. They are slippery and I was expecting a crisp cotton feel. Update, after washing, they have improved my opinion! They still aren't like pima cotton, but not so slippery and I am liking them better.
