On/Off Water Flow Switch is Great

This is decent quality bu not heavy duty. The On/Off switch does easily work and is helpful. I'm using it while I'm injured and sitting on a shower bench, but this would also be great for pet grooming!! The water flow was moderate and at softer pressure, but does rinse my hair and gets the job done. Hose length was perfect while I'm sitting on a shower bench.

No instructions to assemble and water flow is very low

This came with several little parts that seem to be part of the shower head assembly. I have no clue what part does what... absolutely NO instructions to tell you what little gaskets are for and how to install. I don't like that the water flow seems very low. Perhaps I installed the wrong little gasket and it is restricting flow. Who knows? I'm going to try the other gasket-type fittings and see if they improve water pressure/flow. I like the longer hose. I like that you can push the button and almost stop all water. It just needs a little more water pressure.

Good product

I like this sprayer. Its very hard to find a sprayer that has a on - off switch built into the sprayer. This is a good feature to have. I worked in a hospital and thats what our patients used. The patients loved the on-off switch on the sprayer. This product is almost exactly like what we had in our hospital. The hose was kind of stiff when I got it. The ones we used at our hospital used metal flexable hose. They did bend more easily. This hose is made of vinyl I believe. I had to take a hair dryer to straighten the hose out. Its shipped with the hose rolled up in a small circle. I had to put some heat on it to straighten it out. Its okay now. When you start to use it with hot water out of the shower it gets softer. Its okay now. No problems with the hose. Kind of scared me at first . The diverter valve is made of plastic. Kind of cheap but its okay. Just be careful you don't crack it when installing. Don't get it to tight. I would buy another one.

Disappointed

Says it’s 84” hose. I measured only 66”. We really needed that extra length due to having back surgery.

Serves the purpose

Bought this for my6 93 yr old mom's shower so she can bathe herself more easily-it works fine and I like the on/off switch on handle, but it does leak a little, despite our efforts to fix it. We can live with the leak though, since it is in the shower anyway, so it serves it's purpose and price was right.

Do not buy this!

I ordered this 2 months prior to surgery. I tried to install it today, one week before surgery. I prepped my shower stem by cleaning with a brush and wrapping with 4 turns of plumber's tape. The two straining washers provided were installed on the main housing. With both of these washers installed, insufficient threads remain for a good connection. I took one out and tried it again. The housing easily moved back and forth easily despite being listed as a 1/2 inch. I added more plumbers tape 2 more times to a total of 25 wraps, 5 times more than the tape manufacturer recommends. It was still a little loose but I finished the install only to wash me and half the bathroom in the spray from the leaks. I took it off and checked the opening with my calipers and it is a perfect 14mm and definitely not compatible with my 1/2 inch stem. Now, Amazon will not accept the return or give me a refund even though the product was misrepresented.

Good shower, eco friendly

I have a severe back problem, and need to sit when I shower. I've always resented the wasted water. This takes care of that problem, and allows me to clean the tub after I finish with a nice spray of water. I've purchased on for all the showers in the house as well as my mother and sister. The stream is great, and it doesn't leak. I'd certainly recommend this product.
