Great looking

I was little hesitant to buy these shoes online. Looks: Great Size: little larger than perfect fit size. So, I would order exact size or half size smaller Tux shoes and love the look. Overall I recommend as they are at great price and good brand.

Sloppy fit, Mediocre Quality, Not overly comfortable

If I planned on wearing patent leather dress shoes more often, I would buy something different than these shoes. These shoes are not very comfortable and the upper material is clearly not real leather. Due to the wrinkling and the way the shoe wears as it breaks in. They worked fine for my use which was a black tie dinner. Though, if I planned on wearing a shoe like this more often, I'd spend more money and get a better made product from a different brand.

Sharp looking for formal wear. Classic but not made of genuine leather

The shoes are attractive in a classic way. The high gloss “leather” and the grosgrain band are both classic elements in shoes meant to be worn as part of a formal wear ensemble. The fit is good and they are reasonably comfortable for dress shoes. The claim is all leather but the label inside the shoes says 100% man-made. The claim should be changed to reflect reality. The styling is for the toe box is to be extended and narrow. Your toes don’t reach that far to the front so they won’t be squeezed. The styling is not for everyone. I am not a fan but I also don’t hate it. Overall the style is good. The comfort is ok also. I tend to use shoe pads to soften the bottom of shoes. That causes me to need to buy bigger shoes. These do seem to be correct size-wise as advertised. Very sharp shoes.

Great with a tux

I wanted to get a traditional tux shoe without paying a huge price. These were a compromise purchase with low expectations as some of the reviews implied a very tight, uncomfortable fit. It was a pleasant surprise to wear them and find out they quickly became comfortable with wear. They look great and I'm comfortable recommending them.

Shoe came as expected, little on the tight side, so if you have wider feet go a half size up, but nice shoe

Fit me as any other 7.5 dress shoes. I was a bit skeptical reading other reviews about shoes being smaller. I think it depends on how your feet are. If you have flat and small feet like mine these fit perfect.
