I LOVE THIS COSTUME...

I love everything about it. Only thing is I may have to take in gloves and hopefully not tops of stockings. I have skinny arms and legsn but big busted and a tummy.

Great costume!

Love this costume! Like the other reviews said, definitely order a size up. I'm a size 14/16 usually but opted for the 2XL (18/20) and it fit beautifully. I'm only 5'1 so it's a little longer on me and comes about an inch or two past my fingertips which was actually great for me because it'll be more appropriate for work. The gloves were a little loose on my wrists but they're still wearable. The only issue I had fit-wise was the stockings, I assume they don't come in plus sizes so the stockings are just standard, but I'll either do white thigh highs or some black and white striped ones would look really nice too. You could definitely add a petticoat for a little more volume if you wanted to, but it looks great without it. The only thing I would mention about the listing itself though is that the design on the apron is not exactly the same as the photo pictured. It's really quite similar, but it has the caterpillar on the mushroom and perhaps has a little less detail around the main picture. Probably just a stock photo they took from Leg Avenue, but again, it's REALLY similar so I didn't see any issues with it.

Very comfortable costume, Very cute. Do order a size up. I am a solid 20/22 depending on the clothing and I needed the 3x, with it still being a little snug in the chest area (im a 40DD) Also order theLeg Avenue Women's Shimmer Organza Knee Length Petticoat Skirt, Black, One Size to go underneath. you may need a plus size one, I have a small waist, but definetly go with a knee length petticoat if you want to be able to cover your tummy and not have the petticoat look odd, because the skirt is alot longer than it looks. A standard petticoat would have been too short and the skirt would have hung odd. The thigh highs are way too tight for my thunder thighs, but I bought white tights,so thats not a big deal. The gloves may be too tight for your wrists. They are almost too tight on mine. But overall, I a mvery happy with the quality of this costume. Definetly comfortable enough to wear to the multiple events I will be attending this year.

Size up

Love this costume! Was significantly cheaper on Amazon that on the costume site where I first saw it. Pretty decent quality for a costume in this price point. Looks extra cute if you spring for a tulle petticoat underneath. Based on other reviews and previous costume experience, I did size up when ordering. I'm 5'1", 195 lbs and usually wear a large or 14 top, and xl or 16/18 bottom, but purchased the 3x which was great; fitted but not tight. The stockings were a joke in terms of sizing though; if I would have tried to wear them I'd have probably lost my legs due to cut off circulation.

Totally CUTE!

I am VERY happy with this costume. I had my doubts because costumes run so small, and this one is no exception - definitely order a size up! If it's too big you can tie it with the apron strings and it will still look awesome. As it is, I ordered the 2XL and I am a solid size 16, and it fits me perfectly. I'm 5'3 and it's not even too short, like the picture suggests; it's nearly to my knees. I'm sure it will be shorter on taller women but it's perfect for me. The material isn't your average cheap-o costume material either; it's thick and I don't think I'll freeze to death in it, which is awesome. The thigh highs aren't that great. They seem to be too small for my legs, and I don't have huge legs. They cut into them and the ribbons around the tops are only painted on. So you might want to consider some different tights (I'm getting the black and white striped ones). The wristlet things are much too big. But over all I am thrilled with it!

Worried For Nothing!

I just received this costume and I must say that all my nerves were wasted on if this would fit or not. I tried it on and was relieved that it fit great. I do wish that the arms were a bit more bigger cause I do have big arms >.< but its not that big of a deal. The costume is great and I'm glad that I decided to purchase it. I thank the reviewers because they helped me make my decision to get it or not. If you are a size 16 then you definitely want to get the 2xl. It will fit perfectly on you. It reaches to my knees but I'm 5'4. So, I am thankful it is not so short. If interested, you won't be disappointed.

Buy a size Bigger-leggings and gloves so-so

Costume itself is great. Very nice quality, not itchy and cheap. I wear a 14 and am 5' 3" so I got a 1X based on other reviews. Most costumes don't cover my butt-however this one was perfect. At my height came to right above my knee. Dress is very cute. Leggings are a waste. They must be designed to fit a XS-S size woman as they strangle my thigh and then roll down as I walk-but I expected that based on other reviews. Plus Lacey part is painted on not actual ribbons and lace. The gloves are oversized and floppy but I am going to try and pin them to make them work. Overall satisfied with costume.

Fits Great but read the reviews

My Fiance bought this for me for Halloween this year and i made sure to read the reviews. As most of them say... order a size larger. I was nervous to do so but happy I did. I am normally a 14 to 16 but i ordered the 18-20 and it fits great!! I was worried that it would be short too because I am 5'9 and usually I have to sew on extra fabric to most costumes. The length was good. Still pretty short but my ass didn't hang out like usual. The thigh highs actually fit and I do have thick thighs. Most reviews say they didn't but either way you can always get different ones. I did order a petticoat as well and I have to admit it pulls the costume together. It's ok without it tho. Have to say awesome buy! I haven't been this excited about wearing a costume in years!!

Flattering Fit

I am a size 22 with a serious booty and the fit is extremely flattering. I bought a frilled edge tutu and this really completes the costume and gives it a lovely hour glass shape. The thigh high stockings are useless buy your own! I wore mine with some black stockings spanx and it looked just a nice.

Overall the costume is great..

Overall the costume is great...everything fits well except the stockings which just roll. Thankfully I have other black/white stockings that will work better. Excited to wear!
