Great jacket with a fatal flaw.

This jacket is great. It's warm without being too warm, and feels good to wear. It's soft. You might have some issues with Velcro, but that's common with most fuzzy things Velcro touches. It's stylish. I get a good number of compliments when I wear it. It also seems to be pretty fade-resistant. I've washed mine several times, and it still looks the same as when I received it. Its fatal flaw is its elastic. The elastic is way too strong. Bad enough on the wrists, but the waist is worse. It ruins the fit for me. It makes wearing this jacket unzipped feel fruitless, as the elastic pulls the bottom back and away from the front of your body. I plan on removing it, as I don't want it there at all.

Nice But Short Length Hoodie

This FR hoodie is very warm, love the look. Only gave 3 stars due to fit. The waist band is very tight and the length is short. Every time I raised my arms or even sat, basically anything I did the hoodie would rise up and stay until I pulled it down. Constantly had to pull down which was very inconvenient and really made it hard to work. I’m not even wearing it, which is very unfortunate because I really liked the look and quality. :(

Great hoodie, except

This is a great FR hoodie except for the elastic waist band. When I zip it up the bottom holds tight against my waist and then it and my shirt rides up pulling my shirt above the waist of my pants. If it didn't have the elastic I would have rated it 5 stars

Warm and great for work

My husband absolutely loves this coat for work in natural gas. It is pricey, but will splurge every so often.

It has a really fuzzy outer layer.

It is really fuzzy and not well suited for a work jacket. Always needs washed because it collects dirt so easily.

My Go-To FR Hoodie

I’ve worn this hoodie on oil & gas construction sites, plants & refineries for over 10 years; it is my absolute #1 favourite, very high quality hoodie. Amazon has the best price in any store or online supplier that I have seen, selling for upwards of $500. I’ve read the reviews about the elastic bottom, which has never been a problem for me. I buy all my hoodies one size up from my typical size, wash in cold water and DO NOT USE A DRYER. All FR apparel is notorious for shrinking, hang to dry. I hope this helps anyone on the fence.
