These are genuine Bradley bisquettes. They shipped quickly, and arrived in perfect shape. I like to use these apple bisquettes for smoking pork ribs and pork belly. The sweetness of the smoke pairs nicely with savory meat like pork. Each bisquette lasts 20 minutes on the burner, with the exception of the last three in the column. Without more bisquettes to push them along, two sit on the tray while the third remains on the burner indefinitely. I recommend a set of bisquette savers, which are readily available on Amazon. You'll need three individual rings, which will take up the last three spots in the bisquette column and ensure that all the wood bisquettes are used up.

Love the Apple bisquettes!!
I have had my Bradley smoker for a little less than a year now and everything I have cooked on it has turned out delicious. I purchased the Apple bisquettes to smoke some Pork loins to take to the lake and as always it turned out amazing. The Apple went perfectly with the Pork since it has a lighter flavor and isn't as overpowering as mesquite would have been. Along with smoking the Pork I smoked a Deer roast as well and even it turned out great with the Apple. The 120 packs of the bisquettes is definitely the way to go as they are much cheaper when purchasing them in the bulk packs and a ton cheaper than trying to buy them at any of the local stores. I would gladly recommend the Apple bisquettes and the Bradly smoker to anybody that is looking for a smoker that is easy to use and puts out a great final product.

Great flavour biskets
Have a Smoker? Get these flavour Brickers for your Bradley Smoker, you will not be disappointed with the result of your smoking. Easy to use, just load them into your Bradley Smoker automatic feeder and away you go. This also works with cold smoking too, as long as you have the extender part to add on to your smoker. That way you get all the taste with no heat, so Apple wood smoked cheese is now a possibility for me yum!
