Great looking cheese grater

I love wooden utensils in the kitchen. When I saw this item, and I needed to replace a lost hard cheese grater, I made the purchase. Boy, am I glad i did. It is a great looking utensil, as the headline states, but it is also functional. It grates hard cheeses very well, whether the grater is on the wooden bowl, or whether you use the grater on its own. It does not hold a lot of cheese, about 1/2 cup, but for hard cheeses, that is usually plenty. Functional, and beautiful. I rub it with mineral oil to keep it from drying out and cracking, which also improves the look of the acacia wood.

No metal grater

Product marketing suggests that the metal grater comes with the wooden bowl but it does not.
