Sized up and almost perfect

I’m normally a true size 10, but after reading lots of reviews I sized up to 11.5. They are comfortable. I’m trying to decide if they are slightly too big. With the straps on the tightest position, they’re still a little loose and my heel can come up a tiny bit. They are very cute and the bows are removable. The upper is artificial leather.

with this brand I had to order one whole size bigger. Great shoes as long as you know they run small

Just know that size is definitely off with this brand. Order one whole size up. They are a well-made brand and I enjoy them.

Loose strap

I wanted to try tap again at home. I ordered a size too large because I know tap shoes run small. Half sizes would be extremely helpful in these the 12 was a little too big. The shoe has great sound and proper placement of the taps. The straps on the top were too loose I had to poke an extra hole to get it tight enough to secure the shoe.

Buy a larger size than your street shoe.

I signed up for a tap class this summer and didn't want to spend a fortune on shoes. These served me well but I ended needed a whole size larger than my street shoes

Order 2 sizes up to get it right.

We had to try 3 different sizes before we found the right one. We had to go up 2 full sizes to get it right. First try was waaaaaay to small at one size up. Then the second try was too large. Third try we got it right. The shoes are very nice once you figure out the right size.

Purchased for daughter

I purchased these for my 9 year old daughter taking beginners tap dance. She has wide feet and a child 6.5 was too tight. It's hard finding wide tap shoes. I brought a size 7.5 in womens and they fit great.

Bow was not attached out of box

For my granddaughter that wanted loud shoes, so I can't comment from a dance shoe perspective. Was disappointed that one of the bows was not properly attached. There were none left to get a replacement, so a glue gun had to be engaged. Probably will have to fix again. But I'll have a happy 6yr old with loud shoes.

Super cute, straps flimsy and too long

The media could not be loaded. Theze tap shoes are super cute and have withstood 2.5 hours of beginner tapping and practicing so far. The bow is removable. The bases are solid. The straps are flimsy and didn't have enough holes to be able to tighten. Had to make a new hole in each strap. The fit os exactly as the chart predicted. I'm a size 42european and purchased according to that. I suggest figuring out what your European size is and going from there as my US size wasn't very clear.

Nice basic shoes

These shoes are great, they do fit small - I am normally a size 10, ordered the 11 and they are just big enough. I don't have experience with other tap shoes but these seem good and work for beginners.
