Don’t buy this

I bought this power washer April 27, 2022. Used it for 2 hours and put it up until today April 22, 2023. Plugged it up and it ran for 10 seconds, and stopped working. Power and water are hooked up and motor locked up. A piece of crap!!! Don’t buy this China / Vietnam made crap. It just doesn’t last. Going to Lowe’s and purchase one, so I can at least throw in in their dumpster when it breaks!!!!

I bought this power washer to replace a Greenworks unit with a broken soap line fitting. I am now better off WITHOUT a soap tank . The soap bottle nozzle works very well ! It blows soapy water all over the place !! This Black and Decker washer is ideal for general cleaning and siding , too. Very simple to move and operate. If you want a simply-designed (aka reliable) and efficient washer at a great price, here it is.

Part is missing and there is no way to contact seller.

The "turbo nozzle" was NOT included in the delivered package. After extensive searching, I did find the Black and Decker Support site. Several interchanges with the support person led to the result that I was expected to do all of the work to resolve the situation and without any compensation. They did not have the part in stock and if I would be so good as to check back periodically, they might get it back at some point in the future. Or I could return the power washer and order a new one in the hope that the new version might have all of its parts. They made the mess and I was expected to clean it up for them. Not at all happy.

Effective compact power washer

For someone who has never operated a pressure washer, this thing was pretty easy to set up and use. It is compact and works great for cleaning the patio and siding or washing the car. The turbo nozzle is pretty powerful and made a night and day difference in the buildup on my back patio and the algae on my brick. It’s actually pretty satisfying to use. I know there are more powerful pressure washers out there, but this is perfect for my needs.

Small but useful

This is a smaller washer but comes in handy for what I need. The spray is powerful enough to clean off my patio and do a basic surface cleaning of my siding. The cord is a nice length as well and it is lightweight and easy to maneuver
