Doesn’t hold well

Items holds the heater too loosely, and every time I lift the tank lid it wiggles out of this holder.

It works... Sometimes

I bought this heater holder to replace the first one that I broke. This holder is just ok, unfortunately it does not stay in place very well and breaks fairly easy. It does work most of the time and it's easier to use than to find another option

Curved for the Biorb

This holder fits my Hydor THEO Submersible Aquarium Heater perfectly. I have a Baby Biorb and the round glass can magnify the heater so it seems gigantic. However, this holder keeps it tucked off to the side so it's not so noticeable. I didn't have any trouble getting it to stick to the tank. There are a couple different holes for the suction cups so you can fit them to the curve of different Biorb sizes.

didn't need it after all

I bought this for my 8 gallon biOrb. My heater fit into it perfectly, but I couldn't get it to stick to the sides of the aquarium correctly so that the heater would be placed near the top of the aquarium. I ended up just using one of the suction cups that came with my heater. Maybe if you are using a heater especially for biOrb it would work better? I don't think this product is actually necessary to add a heater to your biOrb.

Keep your heater on the small size

Exactly what I needed, my heater is bigger than the holder, but this holder keeps it in place nicely

Awkward in a standard bowl

I purchase this holder for a betta bowl (not a biOrb) hoping it would work for the adjustable heater I'm currently using. It definitely does the job of holding the heater in place, but it's definitely not a perfect fit. It's a little awkward and allows more gap behind the heater than I would like. I will use it until I can find something better. I'm sure it has a better fit in a biOrb tank, but in a standard spherical bowl, it's just not quite right.

Works great for my heater

My brother had an extra Marineland submersible heater and this heater holder is perfect for it. With it attached to the tank in the back, I can't see the heater at all. I stuck it to the wall about a month ago and haven't had to adjust it once. I would definitely recommend this for a submersible heater in a biorb tank.

Extremely poor - doesn't stick, wouldn't bother with this.

Really disappointed in this - I loved the idea of being able to use an ordinary aquarium heater in a Biorb 30l instead of the hideously expensive Biorb intelliheater, and thought this would solve my issue, but no matter what I could I could not get this to stick to the side of the bowl for longer than 30 seconds. This despite trying with one sucker, with both, with moving the bottom sucker to both positions, different heights in the bowl, different sides of the bowl etc. Within 30 minutes I've decided to send it back for a refund - which is a shame, I really wanted this to work.

Don’t bother

Bought this to secure my heater in my Fishtank but I wish I hadn’t bothered as within a few hours it just popped off and it would not stick to the side of the tank so we don’t bother now we just have the heater just suspended

Still rubbish

Have bought one in the past which didnt work and thought I'd try again now. Still don't work. Held for about 3 days and now keeps popping off. Therefore even if I had only paid a penny it is a penny wasted

Standard bio orb quality

Replacement for bio orb one that was less than 8 months old, expected bio orb product , purchased 2 in case this one only lasts 8 months

Occasionally heater comes off. But you must have the bio orb heater or it won't work.
