Adorable

I have another Moka that my husband got years ago and it accidently got washed in the washing machine which was bad so I decided we should get a new one. This one is adorable in it's Italian flag colors.

Really nice backup coffee maker

I bought this as a backup and for decor, so I haven't tried using it yet but its super cure, arrived quickly and looks like it'll yield just enough for a shot or two.

Turned a lifetime tea snob into a coffee first person.

This will be a bit long winded but worth the read for anyone genuinely interested in these, especially for those who think they're not coffee people, as was the case with me. I genuinely purchased my first Moka pot on Amazon, which was actually the 1 cup primula, frivolously and purely because I kept seeing them on the SkyAtlantic series "Gommorah". I have never been able to find a way to prepare coffee of any stripe and finish a cup, let alone enjoy it. To make a long story as short as possible, I do not know if it is the very unique percolating method these employ (that's my opinion) or something else, maybe I just needed to buy it italian coffee but I really doubt it's the coffee. I believe it's the moka pot. I now compulsively consume copious amounts of coffee from morning until night, it's honestly quite ridiculous. But to me it's just that good. I was a massive "gong fu" Chinese, loose leaf tea guy, I was one who attacked the virtues of coffee and extolled those of tea. Now I'm expresso obsessed. I really only bought the bialatti out of appreciation because as you can see I had already bought a second primula. I do find the bialatti slightly preferable, not in results but in style. The base is ticker and the handle is a bit better, other than that you will be absolutely golden with either. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great bit of kit

Blending power? Not sure why that's included as there's no blending... but if it could blend I'm sure it would be great at it. Fantastic bit of kit. Huge fan of the moka pot as it's a nice twist on the traditional espresso with a full body and high caffeine hit. Perhaps the only thing I've noticed is a tiny bit of water bleed outside the seal during heating up, however I'm unsure if that's the kit itself or me filling the pot with too much water. Looks great though, good pour and easy enough to clean

Morning ritual with awesome tasting coffee

I’ve been thinking of getting one of these for years, and finally took the plunge. I’m delighted with it: easy to use, easy to clean, looks fantastic, and a lovely aroma of coffee while it’s being made. The coffee tastes fantastic! Though it was initially very strong I quickly got used to it. Making this as my first cup of the day has become a ritual I enjoy.

Great product

Such a lovely coffee maker. It feels sturdy and well made and the paint/colour is neatly applied. The instructions were very clear and the espresso was delicious (I used coffee from my local Italian deli) it only filled two of my espresso cups rather than 3 but I may have left a little water in the bottom because I was worried about letting it boil dry. Perhaps when I’m more confident in using it it’ll be ok. Very easy to clean which means I’ll use it more than my cafetière.

THE MOST PERFECT GIFT FOR ITALY AND COFFEE LOVERS

My family has had Bialetti Moka Express Espresso Makers since the mid-20th century. We couldn't conceive of brewing coffee in anything other than a specific coffee maker. My grandmother, my mom and I have had them in all sizes. A year ago I bought one like this because my ancestors came from Italy. Red, white and green are the colors of Italy. This coffee maker has caught the attention and admiration of everyone who has seen it. One of my best friends, who is Italian, has been amazed with it since I brewed her first coffee. She says it is the most beautiful coffee pot she has ever seen in her life. This second one I just bought is her Christmas present. She is not expecting it. It's going to be a colossal surprise. I asked her son to record a video when she is opening the gift, I want to see her enormous excitement. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that DO NOT WASH WITH SOAP THESE COFFEE MAKERS, just simply rinse them with water. Please. Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.
