Push hard to close the lid; and don't press on until ready to brew!

This is a great alternative for a Keurig. Easy to use and clean and compact!. Just a couple of things to know. First you need to really push hard to close the lid for it to latch. Press button in to release to open. Also this machine is different from Keurig you don't press on until ready to brew. It's that simple. My previous Keurig needed to be powered on and then press start button at which the light would blink three times prior to brewing.

Love My Bella Appliances

Bella, my favorite coffee maker had too much build up from hard water (Yes, I do clean in regularly with vinegar etc---just had it for years). Initially I was saddened that I could not find the style that I had been using so I got this as a replacement. I really like it. It is smaller than I had and will travel with me now. It makes a good hot, strong cup of coffee. I wish that I could get a brush or other cleaning device in the well but it is not going to happen. Well worth the cost.

I like it - good product

This little coffee maker is perfect for one cup brewing. Tasty and fast and hot. One thing to consider is the ground filter that's for brewing your own grounds. The basket is small and fragile. It won't be long befymy clumsy fingers will do something wrong, and then I'll be without a filter basket. I'm hoping that the manufacturer will sell the baskets separately. Other than that, I'm happy, happy ????

Perfexmct size for me. I make alot of tea and cup o noodles. My granddaughter likes to use the coffee pods.

It works for what's it's supposed to but...

This coffee maker makes coffee hot the same way any other coffee maker will. The difference comes in mainly when talking about size. Now I know I ordered a smaller coffee maker buuuttt..this is pretty much a coffee maker made for ants...its tiny, I mean it...is....tiny. it makes coffee just fine, quick, hot just like it's supposed to but you gotta drink out of teeny tiny cups. My mug slid right off of it and i had to prop it up with something in front for it to stay on. My coffee maker had broken and this was the only one that was next day delivery but I did not realize just how small it was. Decent product but remember when ordering that this is a coffee maker for people that want a little tiny cup of coffee. And the lid is an issue because it is very hard to close and it keeps popping open.

Elegant looking small coffee maker.

This is a great little coffee maker. The instructions tell you how to shut the lid. You simply match the arrow of the grounds container, with the front of the unit and gently shut it. It remains locked in place until you're ready to open it. I bought unbleached, one cup, coffee filters and it makes dumping the grounds tidy. Don't over fill the pod container or you'll get grounds in your coffee. Leave about 1/16" headspace.

Good enough for the price

I haven't had this long but seems to be doing well. It is definitely cheaply made, which is why the price is so low, but it does get the job done. If I was in a store looking, I would probably have went with a better quality maker. I do like this one though and would recommend to someone on a budget.

Works well but will not take my travel mug.

Very easy to use and makes good coffee, but I wish there was more room for my travel mug. I have to use a regular mug to make the coffee and then pour it into the travel mug.

Mi experiencia

LLegó en buen tiempo, fácil de usar pero al momento de cerrar la tapa se dificulta. Para hacer café con cápsula no me funcionó, pues al calentarse el agua bota la tapa a presión y todo se riega. Aunque compre distintas cápsulas hacia lo mismo. Hice la prueba de café molido y si funcionó. Cumple a medias y la tuve que devolver =(
