Wow! Paddock Boots Have Come a Long Way in 15 years!

I just started riding again at age 45 after 15 years out of the saddle. I tossed my old paddock boots because I'd had them for most of my 20s. I remember opting for field boots most of the time because they just weren't that great. I am SO glad I did and so happy I selected these! Wow. They are super comfortable. After four months of riding in them, I couldn't be more pleased. Almost like wearing a sneaker but of course more protective and appropriate. I'd buy Ariat again and will probably look at them when I'm ready to buy tall boots again.

Repeat purchase.

I will continue to purchase these boots about every 3-4 years. I wear them a lot. I have plantar fasciitis. I over pronate. These boots accommodate orthotics. They keep my foot stable and are very comfortable. This is either my 3rd or 4th pair. I would recommend.

Awesome Boot!

This truly is an extremely comfortable boot! I can wear these every day while walking and my feet never get sore or tired. The fit is perfect, not too narrow and not too wide.

Order half a size bigger

Love ariat boots for a while now- but the sizes do feel like they are getting smaller

Not perfect fit but close

I like the look, very sleek. I have narrow flat feet so it’s difficult to find a good fit. these are thankfully narrower than I could have ever hoped for and there is room for a slim orthotic or sheepskin inside. It has a great cushioned footbed and heel cushioned to reduce impact when walking. The back of the heel is a little rough but it is breaking in and with the right sock it is not a problem. I can flex my foot in the stirrups with no problem. I really am quite pleased by the fit for my foot, the look and flexibility .

High quality, good price. Purchased these boots many times over the years.

Christmas gift for my equestrian daughter. This is likely the 4th pair over 24 years. Her first pair was at the age of 12. The last pair lasted about 10 years. She uses the boots around the barn as well as riding in them. High quality at a good price.

Good fit on difficult feet

My feet are sensitive, and I have a low tolerance for rubbing anywhere and can’t stand a shoe that touches my toes in any way. These were almost perfect from the get-go… I only had to put one bandaid on my left inside heel, but after a few wearings I don’t even need that anymore. A caveat though, I guess a wider foot might have problems unless you get a “wide” fit. These worked great for me!

Good quality

My new Ariat Paddock boots feel very comfortable, I am riding a horse 3/4 times a week and desperately needed new boots. Went for a size bigger than normal just in case but it was unnecessary as the sizing of them is correct. Really happy with my purchase

Good quality and good fit.

I bought these as a gift for someone who has had top quality boots in the past. She is very happy with them. As with many people, one size does not always fit both feet perfectly. Normally a size 9 would be her size. Occasionally an 8.5 if it's wider. I ordered her usual 9. She has a wide forefoot and one boot fit very well with a little bit of slop in the other boot. So would say that sizing is right on for the average foot. She has had Ariats before and continues to be happy with the quality and comfort right out of the box. I hope this helps.

BEST BOOTS AROUND

Best boots I’ve ever bought! I broke my foot last year and have had an impossible time finding boots that are comfy AND sophisticated. These boots have INCREDIBLE arch support. So well-made. Such good structure. The leather is high quality. Great for dressing up, but because the soles are so well-made, you could also do lots of walking in them. These boots are THE BEST. Huge thumbs up. (I have a narrow foot and got size 7, and it gave me a good amount of room if I want to add insoles or wear thick socks.) Honestly, buy these boots!!

Worth every penny and more!

Comfy, stylish, high quality and very supportive pair of boots with a built in rubber wedge 'spur'. Practical for riding and day to day wear - incredibly hard wearing, I think I wear these boots almost everyday and a year on they are still going strong. Worth every penny, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful boots

These are beautiful and very comfortable boots. I should have probably bought a size 7 for a better fit but I decided to go up a half size because I wanted to wear them with winter socks. My feet are very slim so any width is too wide for me. That said, the boots are comfortable and I love them. I have just had them a few weeks and I wear almost every day. I have worn them for whole days without discomfort. The leather is beautiful and they were well worth the cost.
