A little thick but overall good (just like me) !

I got this as a sun-protection shirt for sunny summer days yard work, beach days, etc. This shirt ended up being thicker than I would have like for this purpose. So for yard work or just sitting around in the sun at kids’ sporting events etc I’ve found it too warm. But at the beach, where there’s often a breeze or I could get it a little damp, it’s been great. Even a sunny 85° outing at the beach with a breeze and I was still comfy in this.

Nice hoody for the $

I've only worn it once, but my initial impression is that this is a nice comfortable hoody. It's not as light weight as some "tech" layers, but it is relatively light. More like a medium to light weight cotton shirt. The fabric is more ribbed than I expect, but it's soft and feels like it's mostly cotton. It doesn't have that moisture wicking polyester feel that I was expecting. The Large size seems as expected. I'm 5' 10" about 190 and it fits me loosely enough. It's a bit long, but not bad and I could easily fit a layer under it. I have similar UA hooded shirts that are nicer, but they were also 2X price even when on sale and they're not 2X as nice. I consider this a very good buy at it's current price.

Not very light weight

Very comfortable and durable. This is the third one Ive owned in the past 5 years. It has 2 layers and is more breathable than meets the eye BUT don't expect to receive a moisture wicking shirt. I wear it daily in 100+ deg heat for work just to keep the sun from baking me and it performs well for me.

Pretty nice, but

The color is nice and soft material. However, think carefully about the size you order. I am 5'8", wear a size 40 short suit coat and size 29" waist slacks. I was going to order a medium knowing it would be a snug fit as designed. Before I ordered I noticed their comment that the model in the picture is 6'2" and is wearing a medium. Based on that, I decided to order a small. Mistake, it is way to tight on the upper body (shoulders, chest/back and biceps) but fits fine on the waist. I am going to exchange but undecided on the size. I could wear the small and it would be very flattering, but looks like someone trying too hard to impress. I will probably get a medium, figuring that it will still be snug on the upper body, but not too showy. A few comments, the hood is very large, think grim reaper. If you have any kind of gut, this probably won't work for you unless you get it 2 sizes too big. If the model really is 6'2" and is wearing a medium, then he must be anorexic.

light & thin, but very comfortable

A surprisingly light, breathable winner from one of Amazon's house brands. It's very comfortable, but not the most flattering cut / draping when worn. It's very lightweight, like a tshirt. But with a hood & cut like outerwear (hence "hooded shirt" rather than hoodie, I think). No pockets. The cut of the XL is a surprisingly loose around the waist, on my 5'11" average-to-athletic build, and the material is very thin. You probably want to layer it, it will cling to your body otherwise. I tried the L also, but it lost some of the comfort of the fit, while still accenting the odd cut. Go up a size if you're between sizes. It feels like something the girlfriend would steal & wear around the house. It's not as well structured or heavy enough for "hoodie weather", but I find I wear it frequently for errands or going for walks.

Good, but a bit short

It's a touch heavier than expected, which is fine. Just wish the body was longer.

Quality materials and a nice fit!

This is a fantastic workout sweatshirt that I would highly recommend to anyone. Overall the hoodie is lightweight but keeps you warm thanks to the cotton/poly blend. I have a very similar Nike sweatshirt that is 100% poly that is definitely more stretchy than this but both sweatshirts share the same hood and raglan sleeve design which I love. I find raglan style sleeves to be far superior as it really allows the garment to move with you bonus points for that. There is a very subtle jersey/mesh-like design so it isn't just a boring green sweatshirt. Absolutely perfect for spring/fall when you need a little protection from the wind, summers in the evening or lounging around the house. Wicking performance is nowhere near that of the Nike pro apparel sweatshirt because this has cotton in it; however, I didn't buy this for that purpose - can't wait to see how it does in the summer heat as I don't always want to be in the sun but don't want to overheat in a sweatshirt. Hopefully, this is similar to my other sweatshirt that is the perfect balance between sun protection and comfortable temperature.

My New Favorite Pullover

I've washed it twice so far and no signs of wrinkling or pilling. The material is lightweight, stretchy, cool/breathable and super comfy. I'm a small guy but I work out at the gym, and the size small fits snug, shows off the muscles nicely. So I'd say this is designed to be a slim fit, not your typical baggy hoodie.

I actually bought this to wear it to a 21 Pilots concert...

I wanted to have a green hoodie to slap some yellow duct tape on as a matter of fanfare while attending a Twenty One pilots concert. Even with prime shipping, it came a few days late, so I didn't get to use it for the concert - and perhaps it better that way, as I was expecting something cheaper and less durable. I've warn it several times now, and it fits nice, and breathes well - even wicking. Being inexpensive, this was purchased almost as a one time, throw-away, but it ended up being a gem. Color looks good too. The photo's here look pretty close to real life.

Great fit, value and style for my teen

I bought this shirt for my son. He is slim and 5'7. The small fits him perfectly. Amazon Essentials offers good quality clothing at great prices. This is our 10th Amazon Essentials item and we have not been let down so far!

Buenísima Opción

Es bastante cómoda no tan caliente. Ideal para cuando el clima está fresco o para correr con aire frío. En mi caso, sugeriría la pidan exactamente de su talla ya que a veces se puede creer que al ser sudadera puede ser más amplia, pero no, ajusta muy bien. El gorro es grande, entonces puede te llegue a la frente.
