This is a snug fit

I have a shoe size of 7.5 wide. I chose the size 9 slippers. They are tight at the sides but a tiny bit too long.

bought to replace a pair purchased last spring (2022) because the sole is coming unglued -- if these fail i will re evaluate - if they last more then a year - will also r-evaluate

Unhappy Customer

I read the reviews and followed the size guide. I’m a 7 1/2 and got an 8…first day or two was fine. But then when I walked my toes hit the ground in the front and are like flip flops…I would not get another pair or suggest them to a friend.????????????????????????

Great value and comfort

The sizing is right on. I wear a 7 1/2 - 8 and so ordered an 8. Perfect. I do have rather skinny feet and I notice that the heels may become too loose in time, but for now, they're fine. The insoles do come out a little easily but that turned into a positive because I needed to move them back just a tad . They had been placed a little too far forward in the slippers. So far as the quality - I'm impressed. The stitching appears to be correctly done. The soles are properly placed and secure. I am not a fan of smooshy footwear and I find the amount of padding to be perfect. The only teensy thing is that I wish the color was a bit darker. The name 'Chestnut' gives the idea of a little darker color. And the color in the picture appears a little darker than the reality. Am I happy enough with the color? Yes. You cannot beat the price. If they fall apart in a month, that will be a different story and I'll adjust my review to reflect that. In the meantime I'm a happy camper.

The best slippers I've ever had!

I've had these slippers 3 years and they have only just broken. That's only because the stitching has worn away so my toe gets wet when out in the rain, plus the odd stone. I came on here to order some more but unfortunately they don't sell anymore. When i bought them they were roughly £12. Honestly the best slippers I've ever had. I wore them everyday to go outside in my garden and shed. Plus the off times i forgot i was wearing them and went to the shops and once to visit someone in hospital ???? they are that comfy! If they ever come back like the originals, get yourself a pair. I promise you won't regret it.

Normal size Too small

These looked very good but were far too small (7 - my usual size) so they had to go back. I am going to order a bigger size but I am annoyed that I have to pay postage when it was not my fault they were too small. There was not a facility to ask for an exchange - only a refund. I now have my size 8 and if anything they are now too big! However, I shalln't be wearing them until the winter when I will be wearing socks anyway. They look good quality for the money so I hope that they last.

Strange design

I went up a size as advised by other reviewers because of the furry lining but I suspect they would have eventually become too big once this compressed. I sent them back because I found them an odd design and felt as though I was tilting backwards when I tried them on. Disappointed.

Fit well, snuggly and well made.

Extremely comfortable and well fitting slippers. True to size though you have to wriggle into them a little due to thick snuggly lining. Well fitting leather upper and rubber sole makes them feel secure on slippery floors or short trips outdoors to bin or washing line. Look very neat, rather like loafers and I love the soft dove grey colour. Would definitely recommend.

My family have always worn these slippers

My family has always purchased the slippers not only are they comfortable they are hard-wearing you can wear them outside they have a great soul on them. They last a long time and you can even buy them with fluff inside or not depends how comfortable you on your feet to be I buy my mum repair every year and she wears them all the time. And they lost which is a good thing is usually slippers don't last long.
