More like a Sweatshirt than Sweater

The quality is good but its bigger & looser than I expected. It feels more like a sweatshirt.

Good fit, comfortable fabric

This is a comfortable sweater that I wear more like a sweat shirt than as a sweater over other shirts. The fit is good and is as I'd hoped/expected. The color is in line with the description/photos. The sweater appears to be really well-made. I was it using the gentle or hand-wash cycle on my washing machine, then use a high-speed spin for the initial drying followed by a stretch in my cabinet dryer where I can lay sweaters flat and dry them effectively and quickly. The Mickey Mouse emblem on the shirt is embroidered and is well-crafted. At this price-point, this is an incredibly inexpensive sweater... and as a bonus it has a nod to Disney. I would order it again.

Great for Star Wars lovers

I got this Amazon essentials Star Wars sweater in black as a gift for my hubby. He loves it! I could scarcely get it off him to take a photo. He is about 170, 5’ 8” with a dad bod so he was a little too shy for me to get a pic of it on him. We ordered a Large and it fits just fine. It’s nice and loose not too tight or baggy. Sleeves usually run too long on him but these are a-ok. The fabric is a good weight for fall as well. It’s not real heavy so I don’t recommend this for winter wear in cold climates(unless it’s with a heavy coat). It’s definitely a lot more flattering than I was expecting. He usually doesn’t look good in v-necks. The logo is well stitched and should hold up in the wash. I think it’s ok quality for the price but a little steep at the current price if 34 bucks. Also, as you can see in the photo this sweater is a little bit of a hair magnet. Nothing huge, that a lint roller can’t solve, though. I personally think this looks great on my hubby and makes him look sexy. He’s gained some weight recently and doesn’t like to go out but this has been a nice confidence boost for him. I’m glad I got it!

Classy light to medium weight v neck sweater

I have a teen who is a Star Wars lover. I ordered this sweater taking the chance that he would like it and that it wouldn’t look like an old man sweater. Thin and lightweight, this is just a light to mid-weight layer, not a bulky or sweat inducing thick pullover. The material is soft and very comfortable. This fits true to size and is not form fitting / clingy. It’s on the looser side but the super baggy. It seems to be the perfect fit with the exception that the sleeves are a little long. We have long arms in this house, so it’s perfect for us! Otherwise, you can just roll up the sleeves. The V neck is slight, not too deep. A t-shirt can be worn under it without the sweater looking strange, it can be worn on its own, or it would look nice over a fancier dress shirt. This sweater is made of 100% cotton and is made in China. Since it is 100% cotton, it can shrink if not taken care of properly (machine wash cold and lay flat to dry — not machine dry). This may be a problem with a teenager to get this to stay out of the dryer. We shall see! What we really love about this sweater is that there is a small Star Wars logo - it is tastefully done and not huge or gaudy looking. The image is the Star Wars logo from the opening crawl with increasing font as if the backstory /prelude is being displayed in 3D. Overall, this is well constructed and looks and feels great. We love it! This would make an awesome gift for the Disney lover in your life.

I like Mickey

The Mickey Mouse emblem makes the sweater have a bit off disney magic. Sweater is nicer than a sweatshirt.

Looks great...fits great!

As a Star Wars fan, I had to order this sweater for obvious reasons :) However, I am very happy to report that it is actually a very nice sweater and it exceeded my expectations! It fits very nicely - true to size with just a little bit of room, which is perfect. The logo on the chest is stitched very nicely...it is a well made sweater in general, actually - it washes well with no piling or loose threads, and it did not shrink at all, either. It looks GREAT with jeans or dress pants, and it's incredibly comfortable, too. This would make a great gift for any Star Wars fan. I highly recommend it!!

Fits great

I got the medium Captain America variant. The received sweater looks as pictured in the product description. It fit me nicely , is comfortable to wear, and looks good. Made in China but the overall quality seems fine, from the seams to the edging and trim details. The material is 100% cotton and its a lightweight style rather than a warm sweater, the weather has been around 60-70 around here the past week and I've worn it outside comfortably

Flattering Sweater

I absolutely love this sweater! I ordered this is Large, Happy Mickey. The sweater color is a beautiful and universally flattering burnt orange, with a small blue embroidered Mickey face. The ribbing and stitching are all great quality. It is a medium-weight garment, perfect for fall. The fit is generous. Officially licensed.

May the force be with you – a large force …

I’m not a Star Wars fan (I much prefer Star Trek, original series), but this sweater is ideal for any storm troopers wanting to discreetly declare their allegiance. I hadn’t realised that Amazon Essentials had licensed Disney products, but I see there are hundreds of clothing items in the range. Firstly, the colour is a slightly deeper green than shown in the picture, and the darker green shade of the logo tones well with it. As you can see, the logo is small, so it’s an understated message, rather than “I’m a full-on Star Wars nerd.”. The materials is a soft, good quality cotton, which provides a little wamth but won’t overheat you. The finish is good, with no loose threads and good ribbing on the sleeves, waist and collar. The size is probably a generous XXL, with a 50” chest and not much tapering to the waist. The sleeves will be long enough for anyone. The description says machine wash; not surprisingly, it’s cold wash and dry flat, with cool iron if required. Good value for £30, comsidering it’s a genuine branded item.

Absolutely love this jumper

The media could not be loaded. Now like the title suggests, I’m a fan of this jumper(& Starwars), so this was a kind of easy choice, I say kind of because I wasn’t sure if the green worked as a Darth Vader jumper, so glad I went with it, so glad. So after the last line, I should now say “I love the colour”, it’s a really nice tone of green, and I find that means I can wear it with more than I e expected. The styling is pretty classic for a jumper, it sits great on my shoulders, falls the way I want a jumper too, and has a decent stretch & recovery to the material. Now it’s fair to say this is softer than I expected it to be, it is actually a really nice feel, easy to wear just by itself. The very first day I wore this I had several comments by people all commenting on how much they thought it was a cool jumper, and I have to agree. If it wasn’t for the fact that I like this so much, I’d happily give it as a gift to my brother for example, as he is also a fan of Starwars. All in all this is a great jumper, and super comfortable.

Good Quality V neck Sweater/Jumper for casual wear.

I ordered this for myself as I wear XXL size and I really love this colour. What I like about this is that it is not a heavy sweater as I feel hot most of the time even in winter. It is lightweight sweat Shirt type jumper which I prefer to wear on my jeans or Chinos. It is stylish and seems to be nicely made. It is very comfortable as it's 100% cotton. I love Star Wars so I am very happy with it. What I found negative about it and it is not just with this jumper or jacket I buy from high street shops too that if you have XXL size the sleeves are always too long. Why is this? Why a normal man with Bigger size needs longer sleeves too. I don't understand this concept. Our belly or torso can increase with age but arms always stay the same.
