Nice quality but definitely oversized

So this product is definitely oversized and I may or may not have overlooked that aspect when I picked this up but that's not too big of a deal. It's pretty comfortable and washes well but I must say that it is a tad bit expensive. This is great for lounging around in the house but I think it would be too massive to wear out and I wouldn't be surprised if it's worn out either because it's nice a nice and simple t-shirt.

Very Oversized

I decided to order a small dark purple for my husband, after reading reviews. My husband normally wears medium but is slim build. He is 5'10 and 150 pounds. The small was still large fitting. The quality of this 100% cotton T-shirt is very nice. Very thick material and a nice detailed side slit with a beige accent on inside. See photo. The purple looks very similar to what appears on screen, so very nice. I think I like the shirt more than my husband. He said he felt he was swimming in it and would not wear outside the house. "Would strictly be for lounging." Pity because the quality is much better than being relegated to house wear. Width of shirt is approx 44" around. So if you have a big waist, this fit is for you.

Awesome T-Shirt but...

The fabric, color and construction of this shirt are all outstanding. The fabric is super soft and has a very comfortable weight. It is beautifully sewn with a nice gusset detail in the hem setting the shirt apart from your other long-sleeved shirts. All of these great features are offset, unfortunately, by how fantastically oversized it is. The medium size that I have could easily fall into the XL or 2XL category of other brands. I expected a looser fit, but not the shoulder seams to 3 or 4 inches down my bicep. If this is the look you want, order your natural size. If not, drop down a size or two for a little more tailored look.

Yes, it's oversized

Be aware, when they say "oversized," they mean it. It's not outrageous, but it is a bit of a style choice to go with something like this. The cut is extremely generous in the body, with sleeves and neck being to size. All of this is a nice way of saying that it will accommodate an extremely diverse set of body types. But labor under no delusion that a regular guy will fill this thing out. It does try to draw a line between TOO roomy and NOT comfortable, and at that it mostly succeeds. Care is typical wash/dry/wear/repeat. A good shirt when judged by materials and ease of care. It's not made to be a fancy tee, just a regular casual shirt. The key here is if an oversized shirt fits your style...and if it does, then this is a reasonable choice.

Soft and comfortable

I bought this Amazon Aware Men's Oversized Heavyweight Cotton Long-Sleeve T-Shirt in black and I love it! It's so soft and comfortable, and it fits perfectly. I'm 6'0" tall and 180 pounds, and I ordered a large. The length is perfect, and the fit is not too tight or too loose. The material is 100% cotton, and it's very well-made. There are no loose threads or seams that are coming undone. The shirt is also very thick and heavy, which I like. It's perfect for cold weather. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-made long-sleeve t-shirt. Good lounge wear

Very soft and comfy. Great for lounging around. Seems well constructed and has a good weight. Long tail. These are oversized (as advertised) so stick with your size or go one size lower if you want a risk a closer fit. I normally wear 2XL. I got the 1XL which is still plenty big.

Keyword - OVERSIZED.

Amazon Aware Men's Oversized Heavyweight Cotton Long-Sleeve T-Shirt is...you guessed it - OVERSIZED. Based on that fact, you need to plan accordingly - do you want it loose fitting - in that case go with your regular size, or fitted - then go at least one size smaller. Stitching is of a good quality, it is 100 % cotton (it might shrink in the wash), and 50% of it is organic. What I like is the Carbon Neutral part - no, it was NOT produced with zero carbon dioxide emissions, but those emissions were mitigated by investment in a project that will limit them somewhere else. When it comes to thickness...it is thicker than regular t-shirt, but thinner than sweatshirt. Overall, it is a very good product.

Review of Amazon Aware Men's Oversized Heavyweight Cotton Long-Sleeve T-Shirt This is as advertised, an “oversize” and “heavyweight” t-shirt. It’s a cross between a sweatshirt material and a long sleave T-shirt material in fabric weight. Not too heavy and not too light. That combination is exactly what I ordered this item for. I often wear two shirts in the colder months, a tee shirt and a long sleeve shirt. Some days this could serve with only the single shirt. Or as a heavier sleep shirt for colder nights. I like the color(dark purple). I don’t have many items this color, so I thought I’d give it a try. It fits me loosely (I normally take a large and that is what this is). I am 6’2” tall and 170 lbs. The shirt is loose, not overly stylish, but oversized is how it is advertised.
