Disappointed

While it was packed well for shipping, arrived cracked. Looks like it has been setting out on a shelf instead of new product. Also makes a noise while rotating. Maybe I was sold a return product? The item is pretty if not for those problems. For the price of tree you expect good quality.

Not worth the price

Overall it’s cute, but it’s not worth a hefty price sticker. I got it for $30 on a flash deal, but as others have mentioned it arrived broken and poorly packaged. Mine also had strands of glue attached everywhere that I had to pull or cut off. I super glued the light post back together, but the spinning trees are off kilter and keep getting stuck and the edge of the cut out and stop spinning. I’m not sure if I can fix that myself, but I’m ok with these small breaks since I didn’t pay that much for it. The lights are pretty but extremely bright, and they flash quickly at times with no way to turn that feature off. If anyone struggles with flashing lights & neuro disorders, this object is not for you. Buyer beware.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star...

Like many other reviews on here, my item arrived well packaged. No damage. Then I turned it on.....only to hear this loud rubbing noise when the trees were rotating. So I thought, maybe it's just a one-off defective item. Then the SECOND one arrived. This one doesn't make the same noise, but it clicks and shifts in the same spot while the trees are rotating. For how much this cost, I am very disappointed with this. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Broken tree

Unfortunately my item arrived with broken small pieces. The music box is broken so it doesn’t play the music. If you leave it on, it will use up the batteries in 24 hours. Disappointed

Arrived broken, the price point and the product are very different. Feels and looks cheap. The glue holding the figures was exposed and wires for lights disconnected. Very disappointed, returning asap.

Ordered twice both times came damaged

So this product looks great, I ordered one and it came damaged and broken. So I returned it and ordered another. Second one came in damaged as well, but this one I could fix.... The problem isn't with the shipping company it's with the manufacturer packaging the product. Both times the same peices were broken because the Styrofoam around this delicate item looks like it was crudely cut allowing the Styrofoam to break parts off while in shipping or being stuffed in the box. If you can get one that's not broke it honestly looks amazing with the lights on.
