Nice but runs small

roomier than expected but still good (with socks)

I'm a solid 11 W foot size.. I can get away with some 11M sizes- as they tend to vary in true to size. The size i got for these said for up to 11 1/2. They are really that size though. Barefoot.. it is too roomy for my 11W sized feet. (width was not a problem they are comfortable in that regard). Barefoot I can slide my foot around a lot. That said.... wearing a pair of socks seems to do the trick. In this regard they are quite comfortable, and overall well made. I do not think I could have sized down either.. I am satisfied with this product... as long as I'm wearing socks with them.

Perfect for the Campsite or Around the House!

These are AWESOME! They're comfortable and warm. Perfect for around the house, but durable for the campsite as well (although I'm sure that sort of use would reduce their lifespan). My first pair lasted through daily all-winter use for the past 5 winters, and I finally purchased a replacement pair. My first pair was still functional, but had started to look pretty "ratty".

NOT true to size!

Whoever said these are true to size doesn't know what they are talking about. I went by the info on the item page that said these were 'true to size order usual size'. I wear a size 9 1/2 4 E shoe. Their size chart said their medium size was M 9 - 10... large was M 10 1/2 - 11 1/2... X large was M 12 - 13. Going by that I ordered a large to be on the safe side...it didn't work out. The slouch boots are too small length wise and width. I should have ordered the X large. They were just delivered today and I'm wearing them now. I'll try wearing them another day or 2 to see if anything changes. The slipper socks I bought a couple of days before these didn't change. They were too small also. I'm still not going to return ANYTHING I've worn on my feet for 2 days. I don't care if I've showered 5 times a day, feet are feet and I wouldn't want something anybody else wore on their feet for 2 days. I'll know better next time.

A Classic

Growing up in New England, finding warm slippers that lasted and kept feet warm was an issue. In college I bought my first pair of Acorn slippers and loved them: the fit, the feel and of course the warmth made them my favorite winter gear. Fast forward to life in the Pacific Northwest after many years in the Southwest, I was faced with the same issue: cold feet. I bought a couple of slippers over the past few years, both failures. Finally I stumbled across the Acorn brand again and ordered them without hesitation. As we’re sliding into the colder, wet season I am happy to say my feet are once again, content.

Oversized and don't stay on

I had a pair of Acorn slipper socks with suede soles for decades, I think long before they were bought be Dearfoams, and really liked them. So I decided to try these because I wanted a real sole, and ordered the medium because I'm a size 9.5, and haven't ever been happy wearing a small. But these mediums are too loose and the heel doesn't stay put. My foot practically slides out of the footwear. I have to wear socks inside them, which defeats the purpose of wearing slipper socks. If they had been closer to size, or had a knit cuff to keep them in place. I'm going to try to put an elastic band around the ankle, but I shouldn't have to do that.

They ran much too long for my feet.

I really like the slippers but had a horrible time getting a size that actually fit. I wear a size 10 shoe and directions call for ordering your shoe size. The first pair I ordered were a slightly different style. I ordered size 9-10. When the slippers arrived I put them on and learned that my toes ended 2" from the toe of the slipper. When I located the slippers I really wanted I read a review that said they ran small and I should order the next size up. So I ordered a 10½-11½. I should have ignored the review because these were 2½" longer than my foot. Third time around I ordered a small which fit about perfect. What I am having trouble with is even though I wear size 10 shoes, I had to get a size 7½-8½ in the slippers to get a normal fit with about an inch of toe space. Really strange but I love the small slippers. Amazon sent me a return code and immediately refunded my payments for both the first and second pair. Overall a satisfactory transaction.

Customer service is poor

Purchased a pair of Acorn slippers, after just over a month the slipper elastic broke, as Dinan for a replacement or refund and they hid behind Amazon’s 30-day policy. Poor customer service, different sales “managers” would contact me giving different answers, one minute I couldn’t get a refund, then another answered that I could get a refund, then a partial refund, then no refund offered. Ridiculous service. Product is great, if it wasn’t broken but avoid this company

Toasty warm-but-not-sweaty feet!

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient. I can dash out to the car without having to take my precious slippers off. They are well made and arrived in perfect condition. I've owned Acorn slippers before and always loved them. I'm a woman, but chose these men's slippers because they were a little shorter than the women's version. The fit is pretty good--perhaps a little wide in the heel. Mostly I wanted to never have cold feet or ankles, but not have sweaty feet either. These seem to be exactly what I wanted.

Marvellous

Comfortable, warm, versatile, sturdy. I wear these all day at home: walking around, at rest or at work, sometimes outside to fetch the dog, and yes asleep, even in the bed. Particularly fine when it is cold - 'made for the Canadian winter', to steal that marketing hype. Don't recommend these for exercises though, especially if running on the spot. Otherwise these are superb wear. My feet are always happy. I had one pair for two years of constant use until they wore out. This purchase is my second pair.

Comfy cozy

I'm US 12 and these are 12/13. At first they felt a bit small, but then the cushy sole packed down and they fit EXACT, no room to spare, but quite comfy anyhow. The construction is fine. No flaws as other reviews mentiond. Great for when working in a drafty basement office in winter.

Nice if they fit

Great quality and nice looking slippers, but couldn’t get a fit for size 10 feet. Medium were just too small and large were too big. Both slipped off when walking so unfortunately didn’t work.
